• Guest (2/5): - Lokacija, klima i bluetooth zvučnik Pristup vlasnika apartmana je grozan, ograničava broj ljudi iako se zakupio ceo apartman. Preteći da u svakom trenutku može da nas izbaci ako nas bude vise. Neurednost, aljkavost i namestaj je iz 15 veka, vlaga u stanu. Zabranjeno pušenje, iako nemaju terasu, nego moraš da sidjes ispred apartmana. Kupatilo je u očajnom stanju. Apartman je za 4 osobe, a sve je u jednoj prostoriji. Jedino sto je dobro je lokacija.

• Stanislav (8/5): Good for that price. - Good location and comfortable bed. The shower is embedded in a regular wc without any space.
• Peter (9/5): A great budget accommodation at an excellent location in Zemun. - Back in Zemun mini appartment after a year and a half. The prices of accommodation in Zemun have gone sky high since my last stay, but not this place. Its location is excellent; everything, the local market with excellent food, the river bank with its views, the straight centre, also bus stops (when the repair of the main town road is over)... is within 200 m ... a very short walk. Not a big place, no sky high comfort (you'll pay 3 x the sum for that), but clean, comfortable enough with a big bed, AC keeps it warm enough in winter, a small breakfast kitchen, good wifi. The host Aca is cool and relaxed and reliable enough. Be back, though you can find it very often booked. Not much to be said. The place is really great within budget parametres. Maybe... as there is so much good cooked local food available on the market nearby, a microwave would really be an great asset.
• Nhung (5/5): It's dirty - I like nothing..The room is small and filthy. Fridge is old and makes very loud noise and absolutely black moldy. I did clean it by myself. The owner doesn't care. The bathroom is the toilet with a shower and dirty.

• George (8/5): Very good - Ground floor apartman in excellent position in the centre of Zemun, with numerous shops bars and restaurants on the doorstep, and just a few minutes walk to bus station and park. Flat is fairly described as very small but has almost everything that one could need, with comfortable double bed and quirky shower. Excellent Wi-fi signal and multi channel t.v. Ideal for a single person seeking convenience over hotel comfort. Would be a bit difficult for more than single person due to lack of space. No cooking facility except coffee/tea making. Not the fault of the property but extensive major road works in the surrounding area make it difficult to drive close to the property at the present time.

• Viktor (9/5): Good value for money, and good bed. - Bed was really comfortable, there was a collection of movies which is very nice. There is also a tea which is nice touch. Toilet is actually also a shower. But if you prepare for it, it is not that big deal.

• Andrey (1/5): The worst stay in Belgrade. - pictures in booking The host is not hospitable. The room not clean enough. The worst thing was the kettle - it was broken, the lid hadn’t been closing, and there was mold iside. The photo attached. Every day I was asking for a new one.

The girl in caffe where you need to take keys took photo of my ID, and that is not legally permitted anymore. She explained it as a policy in case of broken items in apartment, but the landlord told me next day just to leave it open!!?? Where is sense in that? Then why did they take photo of my ID? I didn't feel comfortable at all with that, plus it is not legal to do it so. I had to call him twice to make sure everything is all right, but I still am worried about that photo of my ID (and my personal data not to be exploited). Apart drom that, everything else was great.

• Alex (8/5): Very good - This compact studio is not a luxury, however you have everything you need: air conditioner, king size bed, small kitchen, toilet with a shower extension. Good for one person, compromised for a pair. No microwave in the kitchen. The fridge is powerful, but very noisy.
