• ANNA (9/5): Loving the renovated rooms, especially the bathroom. Gives it a premium feel. Best staff! - Very responsive and helpful staff. A lovely little spot that felt private, yet grounds were big enough to feel you're out in nature. Lots of poo around the grounds, but can't be helped when you're out in nature!

• Tamasin (10/5): - The location was absolutely beautiful. You wouldn’t even know that somewhere so nice is in Ashbourne, hidden away still close enough to town short 15 min drive to woodend shops. Lots to do to keep the kids entertained without even leaving the accommodation. Kids went out and had a fish, played some golf, rode some bikes and enjoyed the games room where they have a pool table and table tennis. The rooms were modern and very clean.

• Tina (10/5): - Perfect location for a weekend getaway. The rooms and facilities were amazing, our kids loved running around exploring the ground and playing in the games room. Dee and Fergus are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

• Megan (8/5): - The cottage was comfortable, a good size with the amenities to have meals. The area was lovely but bit more remote than expected. The drive on dirt roads was a bit more remote than expected.
• Mars (9/5): Country Luxury BYO Breakfast. ☕🍳🧃 - We absolutely loved Dee 🙏 our host here what a gem she was. We loved our accomadation so much we booked a 2nd night. 😊 Practical, tv streaming easy access, expected everywhere now, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable. Stayed in the Caretakers cottage. 2 bedroom king beds, lake views, BBQ and full laundry. Nice shower, no steps carpeted. Under cover park. Loved the wild life 🦆🐾🦛🦘 If we had to say what we didn't like. We were a bit dissapointed there was no breakfast items supplied in the rooms for guests. For the higher priced end of accomadation we were surprised. We drove back into Woodend for items was only 20 minutes away.

• Theresa (8/5): Very nice stay but would've liked to have known about the long dirt roads before-hand. - The actual venue and grounds was lovely and I can imaging how beautiful it would look for an Autumn or Spring wedding. That it was rather a fair trek on dirt roads where internet and Google maps dropped out on a number of ocassions.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Really good accommodation, clean, tidy very tranquil place would have loved to stay longer. It can be a good thing as well no service on our mobiles could have stayed longer such a peaceful place
• D'arcy (10/5): The perfect place for a special relaxed getaway with friends! - The rooms, facilities and beautiful surrounds are perfect for a special getaway. We really appreciated being able to have three cabins together for our group of three families. You need to be sure to follow the instructions on how to get there because of the state of the local roads but that's not within the accommodation's control. Just be sure to follow Dee's kind instructions!
