Totul a fost la superlativ ( locație, curățenie impecabilă, confort, bucătărie utilata complet, baie cu toate produsele de igiena și cosmetice ). Proprietarul prompt și discret. Recocomand cu căldură și cu siguranță vom reveni.

• Nadiia (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed overnight at the apartment as we were passing through Cluj-Napoca, but we had actually lived in this apartment within a year in the past. We were impressed by the cleanliness, tidiness, and thoughtfulness of the apartment. It had everything one needs to move in and live comfortably. The beddings and towels were clean and in good condition. It's amazing how everything is well-thought-out, down to the hygiene products and a well-equipped first aid kit. There's no need to go searching for something on the first day. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning, and we experienced it during both winter and summer. It kept us warm in winter and cool in summer. The plumbing fixtures were in good condition. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace where we could exercise or simply sit and relax in the evenings at the table. Special attention is given to the private parking space reserved for this apartment on the ground-floor (it closed and you car is safe). Additionally, the entrance is always clean. Access for outsiders is restricted by access to the entrance with a magnetic key, so we felt safe and secure. The location is convenient, with everything you need nearby. On the 1-st floor, there's a grocery store with a good selection of products, a bus stop right across the street, and even a hair salon. For those traveling with pets, there's even a veterinary clinic nearby. We are particularly grateful to the apartment owner. He is an exceptionally trustworthy person of high integrity. He respects personal space and is very considerate. We didn't just rent an apartment; we could rely on his support and assistance and he helped with everything. When you are in a foreign country or city, this is especially valuable. Please be as honest and honorable as he is. He more than deserves it and will justify your trust.

Super clean, excellent amenities, really great communication with the host and the location is like 10 mins by bus from the city center. Definitely recommend it and would come again! • Cristian (8/5): Very good - Kitchen and bathroom were OK. There are no real beds in any of the bedrooms. The beds are, in fact, extendable sofas with very uncomfortable mattresses. Also the pilows were small and uncomfortable.
