The location is excellent – close to the city center, shops and good restaurants, but still quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. Check-in was easy and fast. • ozge (10/5): - Our sweet host welcomed us, and we were able to check in early without waiting with our luggage. The house felt like our second home. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The house was located very close to many important points of interest in the city. The three of us felt very comfortable. Thank you. People living in the apartment was noisy after mid night and very early in the morning. Some nights the alarm of the restaurant rang. Some radiators had trapped air. They were not providing enough heat so it was a bit cold inside. Because it's a central system, they probably shut off the heaters after a while. So it was being very cold in the morning.

Apartment was in great condition and equipped with everything that was necessary for us. Location is very central, you can find all basics nearby and old city centre is a 10-15min walk from the apartment.

• Tilo (10/5): A very successful vacation in a great accommodation! - Silvia is a great host. The apartment is very nice. The apartment is very well located. The old town of Bologna is easy to explore from here, and you can also plan a train journey to another city in the region (close to the train station). The washing machine is great. Even for longer trips, you only need to bring a small change of clothes. Pro tip: Be sure to try the ice cream parlor right next to the entrance! We had a very good time here as a family and would definitely come back! As others have already written, the house is a bit noisy. However, we were able to sleep very well and didn't feel disturbed. We saw it with a certain Italian serenity. 😉

• Jeffrey (9/5): Great base for exploring Bologna and the vicinity! - Great location. Bakery across the street was fantastic and apartment is close to the train station and Bologna attractions. Loved having a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Couch is uncomfortable. It is too low.
• Linda (10/5): Great location and very comfortable apartment for our family of four with close by parking available outside the ZTL. Lo - This property is great for a family of 4 stay in Bologna. Silva is a very responsive and helpful host, the location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Also can park outside the ZTL with a 3 min walk to the property for 24 euro per night. The apartment has all that you need and feels safe. The beds are super comfortable. I agree with other reviews that the building is somewhat noisy especially the front bedroom as the people above were noisy on the Friday night we stayed but the Thursday and Saturday were not as loud with moving chair noise and talking. The security door slamming and people walking on the stairs were also noisy, but overall I would still recommend this apartment highly.

• Karen (8/5): Lovely accommodation that would be perfection without the noise disturbance - Wonderful location, very comfortable beds, amazing facilities in all rooms, very warm and well decorated. Very noisy at night - upstairs neighbour was noisy throughout the night: furniture moving, talking, shower running at 3am.We had to go and buy earplugs as sleep was impossible without. Not the fault of the homeowner, but could be a real issue if you are a light sleeper.

• Kristen (10/5): Cute modern apt in super location - The location was excellent, between the train station and city center. We walked everywhere in town. There are lots of good restaurants and bakeries within a ten minute walk. The beds were super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. The little elevator was good for my mother and for luggage. I wish there was a little balcony or some kind of small outside area to enjoy the nice weather. If you are light sleeper, bring earplugs. It sounded like the people on the floor above have furniture moving as a hobby, but it's an old building and soundproofing is not great. I would still stay here again without hesitiation.

We had a very warm welcome from Silvia including tips on where to go and what to do around the city. As mentioned in the other comments, the area is a bit noisy and the walls a bit thin. During the night, however, it was quiet enough to sleep unbothered.

• Susan (8/5): Good base for short stay - Apartment a flat & easy 10 mins walk from Bologna train station. Welcomed in person, which was helpful as a few doors to access property. In a good location to walk to central area. We walked from apartment to San Luca along famous porticos and that was about 6km each way. Two big comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning. Air condition in living area did not work quite as well,but not a major issue. Dishwasher & washing machine a bonus for us, as we were moving around locations for a few weeks. Fairly limited kitchen options, for example only one massive pan. Again we worked around this but some more crockery and smaller pan would have been useful. Aldi around the corner, which was good for drinks, fruit & breakfast bits.

The location was perfectly located, almost equally between the train station and the main square. The coffee shop downstairs is AMAZING! The pillows were so uncomfortable however the beds were okay. There was a TON of noise outside the windows throughout the night. I wish the couch, living situation was a little more cozy/comfortable. We found that we didn't want to come back and hang out at the house because we would have just gone to our bedrooms and not been able to keep socializing; so we just stayed out longer ;-)

• Vildan (8/5): Very close to main locations - The location of the apartment was very good. It was easy to carry the suitcases thanks to the elevator. The beds were very comfortable compared to many rental houses. Especially the host, Silvia, was better than all the owners of the houses we have stayed in so far. It was very easy to communicate, whenever we wrote something she got back to us immediately. The nearby parking was also very convenient to park our car. There was noise because the upstairs neighbors were constantly pulling the furniture, also when we went there was construction in the store at the entrance and we had to wake up at 7 in the morning with the sound of breaking concrete, but since this construction will be temporary, there will be no problems in the future, but a solution needs to be found for the upstairs neighbors.

It is located on the first floor, is very secure and pretty quiet. It is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Silvia was a great host who went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Like many inner city apartments in Ital, the apartment is quite dark, a bit of a challenge for Australians used to lots of light. But that's part of the European experience.
