• Atta (2/5): We were not allowed access to our own apartment that we booked on booking.com at one point. - So basically my bro landed in Pakistan 10am from Dubai & I came from UK so we can stay for the nite, my brother kept his stuff & came back to pick me when we reach the guy on the reception said we shouldn’t be here because it’s illegal to stay here as it’s private property I don’t know why the owner is keep giving it on rent 😳
• Ali (2/5): Not worth the money - Location was good. There was an extremely bad smell coming from the Kitchen and Living room area that made it unbearable to sit. We had to park our car in the mall’s parking area which was Rs. 500 per night.

• Ashraf (1/5): Bad - Its location Title: Poor Maintenance, Unprofessional Staff, and Additional Charges I recently stayed at an apartment in Centaurus Islamabad, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues: • The kitchen and washrooms had cockroaches, which was very unhygienic. • The kitchen faucet and shower faucet were broken. • Some lights were not working. • No basic disposable amenities like toothbrushes, etc., were provided. • No microwave-safe dishes and insufficient utensils were available. Apart from these maintenance issues, the person managing our booking was highly unprofessional. He demanded an extra 10,000 PKR beyond the amount stated on Booking.com, which was unacceptable. I strongly recommend better maintenance and a review of the staff’s professionalism. Would not stay here again unless these issues are resolved.
