• Jolanta (9/5): A great place to relax and work remotely - As a couple who spend half the year travelling and working remotely, we had an amazing stay there. It’s a peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The whole setting - palm trees stretching over the pool and sunlight shining through the leaves - creates a truly calming, almost dreamy atmosphere. There’s also a lovely beach nearby if you enjoy salty water and waves. For digital nomads working online, the place is very good and comfortable for remote work. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, always happy to help with anything you need or suggest great trips and attractions in the area. nothing really comes to my mind

• Frank (7/5): Good but uncomfortable old beds - Location is good, quiet area and close to restaurants The beds are extremely hard and that's not because the mattresses are but because they are worn down and in dire need of replacement!
• Anne (4/5): - Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits, quand nous sommes arrivés, pas un sourire et notre réservation n'apparaissait pas... on nous a mis pour une nuit dans une chambre au fin fond du jardin face à un mur, avec des problèmes de plomberie , sans une excuse . En fait on nous a traité comme si c'était nous qui avions fait une erreur!!! Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus à la demande de la manager que nous avons pu joindre. Dommage , c’est la première fois que nous avons été mal reçu au Vietnam.... En plus ce n'était pas propre ni entrenu, la piscine était opaque mais grande c’est vrai!

Głośna klimatyzacja ,dostaliśmy pokój ,którego nie można było zamknąć z powodu zepsutej klamki . Pokoje są już dość zużyte ,tak samo jak łazienki i klimatyzacja . Basen trochę brudny oraz woda szczypała w oczy ,nie ma tam chloru ,tylko zbyt duża ilość kwas solnego , którego zapach wyczuwaliśmy na skórze.

Madrassen var veldig hard!. Vi fikk de til å legge på en ekstra madrass men det hjalp veldig lite. Rommet vi hadde.trengte litt vedlikehold, på møbler.

• Ainur (10/5): Цена соответствует - Брали номер на 1 день, больше всего понравилось отношение, девушка на ресепшен очень приветливая, помогла даже нам забронировать билеты на экскурсии, так как мы не успели ничего заранее забронировать и у нас было мало времени. Помогла нам купить билеты на сафари и на канатную дорогу онлайн, чтобы не стоять в очереди. Сам отель достаточно хороший за свои деньги, есть бассейн, который чистят. Номер понравился, для нас с семьей с двумя детьми номер был достаточно большой. Мы брали без завтрака, но я заметила что есть все необходимое чтобы приготовить завтрак самому. Мы добирались на такси, поэтому про расположение ничего не могу сказать. Цена соответствует

• Lukáš (10/5): - Veľmi príjemný pobyt. Veľký bazén, ktorý je veľmi čistý. Majú v ponuke aj jedlo a pitie. Môžete sú požičať aj skúter za veľmi dobrú cenu - 150k VND na deň. Poloha je tiež výborná pre ľudí čo hľadajú kľud a ticho. Za túto cenu nič lepšie na ostrove phu quoc nenájdete.

• Sintija (5/5): Looks better than it is. - The pool is amazing. Beautiful in the evening. Enjoyed having couple of beers next to pool. Loved watching the lizards and listening to frogs. Nice big room and good location. Really tried to like this place, however there were more negatives than possitives. First of all the room was very dirty. All the surfaces were dirty and sticky (nightstands, desk). In the bathroom still toothpaste stains all over the sink and shelves. Some garbage left from previous people under the nightstands. The shower very unpredictable. Had no hot water for 2 days. Internet was very bad in the room so had to use our data which we didn't want to do. Few more minor things that kept adding to the negative experience that kind of just left us dissapointed.

• Elise (8/5): Reposant - L’emplacement est à la fois au calme et proche de restaurants, supermarchés et la plage. La piscine est assez grande et agréable bien que j’ai passé plus de temps à la plage. Les employés sont gentils et se débrouillent pour communiquer même si leur niveau d’anglais est limité. Le mobilier dans la chambre datait un peu. Le fait que si on part de la chambre l’électricité est coupée, même le frigo donc pas possible de garder du frais. La pression et l’eau chaude un peu aléatoire mais c’est le lot classique dans une île. J’ai testé juste le petit déjeuner et j’ai trouvé léger pour le prix.

• Hên (8/5): - The staff were really very welcoming and kind, they always smiled at us and the cleaning ladies were also very helpful. Motorcycle rental and laundry service were cheap. The property was located in a good area, away from the street casino but close to restaurants and bars. The pool was very nice in the middle of the structure, comfortable because you left the room and you could go straight into the water. They offered us a coconut from the palm trees in front of the room and we have to admit that it was very, very good!. There were no towels for the pool, you only had one for both the shower and the pool. The TV had local channels, so we couldn't use it. There was no shower mat, so it would get wet all over the room every time. The room was humid. The toilet charged the water very slowly. The light in the room was yellow and dimly illuminated, and on the second day the main light no longer worked.

• Richard (7/5): Value for money in my opinion - Serenity garden was so pleasant I mean it’s a walk to get the free bus. The pool and staff were very. Nice I walked to the night market in town! That was about 4miles. But if you walk to the main road from the serenity garden about 1/2 mile you can get the bus 17or 19 for free. I went into town a few times and the the San bay beach beautiful! And I mean beautiful I also went to the north of the island to starfish beach by bus then a taxi ride then food and a small boat ride to starfish beach beautiful and not to expensive for a full day out! The nice lady and man who run serenity garden and the staff all nice friendly people! And I respect them all I will return there place in my opinion was value for money! These nice people never stop working I respect that for sure! Also the nice lady booked me a taxi to the airport for 5am and I slept in my alarm did not go off! And the man knocked on my door and woke my up! I thank you so much I made it for my flight to Hanoi! . Also the place serves food and there is also nice restaurants a 5min walk away and shops chemist ect! Also the ong lang beach is a 10 min walk! And that is stunning! I’ve been to many beaches in Thailand! As well but the beaches in phu quoc! Match them! Any day of the week! I will return to Phu quoc and the tranquil serenity garden! 🙏🌍

• Nathan (7/5): Great place just a little out the way - Beautiful place to stay really peaceful layout and area Location is out the way - need to rent bikes or get cabs around if you want to explore the island at all Staff are indifferent at best with their demeanour - had double booked our actual room but did upgrade to accommodate us which was kind but done with reluctance Guests are really loud in early morning and evening staff don’t seem to care
• Julius (1/5): I am regreted booking this - None Poor location, poor room facility, poor bed hygiene, super poor service. So many bugs during our stay that we had to give up and rent another hotel.
• Jenny (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms are very large, clean, with air conditioning. Hot water is available. We gave notice of our arrival time. We arrived at 6pm and asked to show the room, it turned out there was no electricity and we had to wait 2 hours for it to be fixed, and when it not happened we were put in another room. The woman on reception does not speak English. On all questions eyes rounded and said I do not know. Breakfast like nothing.2 eggs with bread. It takes 25 minutes to the sea through the dogs. Internet is terrible. It was enough only for 1 minute. You can rent a bike for 120 dong. We were only 1 night but no more.
• Farkhat (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at Serenity Garden. The place is incredibly beautiful and cozy, with a warm and peaceful atmosphere. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient, and there’s even a Reptile Garden within walking distance — such a unique experience! What stood out the most was the woman at the reception — she was always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. Her hospitality truly made a difference. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. I really, really loved my time here and I will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend!

I especially enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool, which was a great place to relax. On the downside, communication was sometimes challenging as the staff speaks little English. The breakfast could also be improved—it felt a bit repetitive and lacked variety, and some essential utensils were missing.
