Wifi wasn't amazing The bar next door was really loud, but did stop early in the night, not a huge issue. A little walk to the market but not long at all, would stay again

• Manfred (6/5): Gute Lage nahe des Zentrum. Einfach, doch ausreichend. - Einfaches Zimmer mit Fenster, das den Blickdirekt auf eine Wand freigab. Dusche nicht extra abgetrennt, wodurch der Sanitärbereich den ganzen Tag nicht trocken wurde. Lage war Ok mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider wenig Möglichkeiten, um Kleider aufzuhängen. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

• Jenny (8/5): Great hotel and good location - We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and it is close to loads of restaurants, cafes and bars. We stayed here twice, and both times the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom had hot water and amenities. The staff were so nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel! There was quite a lot of mosquitoes in our room during our first day.

• Kramer (5/5): Ok in a pinch but prefer other sports. - Location, helpful staff, good AC. My first floor room had no natural light; dark box. Next to a bar so loud til midnight or so. Poor bathroom design. Occasional smell of sewage.
• Dawn (7/5): - This hotel is in a very central location with cafes and the river close by. Room was clean and a good size. The room I stayed in was located in the front of the building which is right next to a bar. There is loud talking and music until 1230am.. this did not bother me but noting it in case others sleep early or are more sensitive to noise. The room had a funky smell. The person at the hotel couldn't tell me the approximate cost of a round-trip taxi to the waterfall. For me this was unbelievable as its a main attraction.

Man konnte sogar mit Karte bezahlen. Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber alles wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sonst alles super!

• Isabella (10/5): Triple room with balcony - Such a beautiful guesthouse! Our room was extremely spacious and clean. The location was really good, only a short walk to get anywhere. I would definitely stay here again when I come back! Just a heads up - if you’re a light sleeper, don’t book a room facing the street or bar (I personally had no issues with noise) but the host accommodates to this providing free ear plugs, soundproofing the windows and the bar next door shuts off music around 11 PM.

Il y a un pub juste à côté ouvert jusqu'à 23h-23h30, où bien sûr ça boit, ça crie et ça joue de la musique, et la fenêtre de ma chambre donnait pile de ce côté ; si vous avez le sommeil léger, à éviter. Il y a aussi de fortes remontées d'humidité par les canalisations de la salle de bain (sans que ça soit nauséabond) ; quand on rentre dans la chambre, on est un peu dérangé, puis on s'habitue. Mes contacts avec mon hôte se sont limités à check-in / check-out (il faut appeler avec une sonnette).

There were mold and roaches in the bathroom. While I’m sure the staff are kind, they were never available and were unable to provide support with things like suggestions, tours, or getting back to the airport.

• Charlotte (8/5): Good value for money. - The property was very central and in walking distance to lots of restaurants. The staff were very helpful. We booked a double room however got a twin but the beds were still comfy. The bathroom smelled slightly damp.

• Kyla (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay - Phai guesthouse accommodated a group of us (6) at short notice. It is located in a lovely quiet but convenient part of town with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very clean and great value for money.
