- Boja (10/5): Splendid - Aceasta este cea mai buna cazare din Brasov, este un business mic de familie, gazde foarte de treaba, te invata unde sa parchezi fara plata, ai cafea, totul e ft.curat, curatenie realizata de fiica proprietarului care este o gospodina desavarsita, apartamentul este LUX arata mai bine in realitate decat in poze, rezerva acum nu mai sta pe ganduri, este foarte aproape de centru la cateva minute, LUX AMERICAN Nu imi place ca inca stai pe ganduri si citesti comentarii in loc sa rezervi acest apartament minunat!!!!

- Daniel (9/5): - Apartamentul este spatios si potrivit pentru 4 persoane. Amplasarea pentru noi a fost foarte buna, aveam treaba la Bazinul Olimpic din apropiere. Pana in centru la Biserica Neagra un Bolt sau Taxi costa 15 lei, deci e destul de aproape si de zona centrala. Am gasit partea de WiFi destul de complicat de conectat, am renuntat si ne-am descurcat cu HotSpot de pe telefon spre Laptop. Cu putina rabdare sunt sigur ca puteam sa ne conectam dar eram pe graba... Sunt cateva lucruri minore ce trebuie remediate, nu sunt deranjante si nu impacteaza confortul, cu siguranta proprietarul stie de ele.
- Faighel (10/5): - Apartament nou, curat, aproape de gară, dar fără să fie zgomot, aproape de mijloacele de transport în comun. Este echipat și utilat cu tot ce trebuie. In mod sigur când o să revenim când o să mai vizităm Brașovul. Nu a fost nimic care să nu ne placă.
- Groza Eusebiu Silviu (8/5): Ok - Proprietarul foarte amabil. Orice intrebari am avut ne-a stat la dispozitie. Patul foarte confortabil. Camera spatioasa. Suficient spatiu de depozitare daca ai mai multe bagaje. Personal, am cautat o cazare buget-friendly (pana in 200 ron/noapte), dar decenta si la un pret corect si la momentul vizitei noastre, consideram ca aceasta bifa aceste criterii. Ceea ce am primit a fost in concordanta cu pretul platit, raportul calitate-pret fiind cel corect. Exista si doua supermarketuri in zona pentru aprovizionare, care sunt de ajutor. Pernele puteau fi putin mai mari in diametru. Later update (am uitat sa mentionez doua aspecte care merita imbunatatite): 1. Draperii/Perdele care sa nu permita lumina sa intre in camera si care sa ajute la intimitate (exista doar unele transparente, dimineata poate fi deranjant si te pot vedea vecinii) 2. Plasa de insecte la geamuri - daca se gateste sau vrei sa aerisesti ori sa dormi cu geamul deschis pe timpul verii, este imposibil, deoarece toate insectele vor intra in interior.

- Chiara (10/5): - Ambiente spazioso, moderno e molto luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort, a pochi minuti di distanza dal centro storico in auto. Parcheggio gratuito molto vicino all'appartamento. Utilissima la presenza di un supermercato di fronte al palazzo. Check-in semplicissimo e in autonomia, grazie alle chiare indicazioni del proprietario. Forse sarebbe utile installare delle tapparelle oscuranti per evitare che entri la luce al mattino, ma si tratta davvero di una questione trascurabile.

- Sfore (9/5): Superb - Every thing is perfect, the apartment is very spacious, clean and beautifal. The kitchen has all you need to cook. There are enough towels, kitchen papers and toilet paper. The curtains are very transparent. There is many building in front of us, so it's was a problem to me because I didn't take my privacy.

- Rony (10/5): Buy a decent pair of curtains. - The location could be a 10/10 on everything, and in most aspects is, exepted for one very important thing : The see-through blind and not curtains. The curtains are a problem.. their are see-through. The room is placed directly in front of about 5-6 bloc of 8 storey each, lots of windows facing this single room apartment and nowhere to hide, this is very incomfortable to be strip out of any privacy. There is most definitely a reason for this setup.. but if you not into that kind of things and love your privacy, then this place is not for you. Everything else is at the top.
