• Amy (9/5): - The size of the property was excellent, everyone had the private spaces to retreat to but there was also a good open plan kitchen and livinh area.
• Claudia (1/5): We actually didn’t stay after inspecting the premises. A full refund will be given. - Close to town Stale cigarette smoke, smell of cat urine, unhygienic bedding

• Maria (8/5): It was a great stay overall and we all had fun. - The size of the property was great and the bedding arrangement were very accommodating. However we did have to go over surfaces and the floor cleaning wise and we had a incident where the safety switch would be triggered when using the kettle or toaster so had to make alternative arrangements when using the power in the kitchen. However the incident was attended to in a timely manner by the property manager. The bins were already full on arrival which became a issue when we needed to clear rubbish ourselves.
• John (8/5): Very good - Some of the lights didn't work. There was no top sheet and as it was hot it was too hot to sleep with the quilt on.

• Sara (7/5): Good - The area was peaceful and close to a few immediate ammenties The beds were uncomfortable, the lights in the ensuite didn't work, and the shower screen was badly cracked. The main bathroom shower had no handle.

• Samantha (7/5): Great stay for families! - Very spacious for families, large backyard, location is quiet and close to everything, playground at end of the street for kids. Pet friendly! Bathroom light didn’t work, mattresses in kids bedroom were extremely hard, no screens on back sliding door and screen on kitchen window was broken.

• Clare (3/5): Sufficient fir our 3 night stsy for swimming competition but would not stay again. - Convenient location, easy to find, easy entry. Not clean, not enough heaters or blankets, things were broken, including a bed, beds very hard pillows flat, host did not respond and then when he did he would not let me talk would not listen and told me there was basically nothing he could do because he wasn’t in the state.
• Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - Location was great and house was a great size. Needs an ensuite hand basin plug as it was missing and a new kitchen sink plug that holds water in. The Back outdoor light globe needs replacing. The washing machine needs a service as it didn’t work and the previous visitors didn’t clean the microwave plate which was dirty. All up we still enjoyed our stay thank you.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several issues that impacted our comfort. First, the heating system was inadequate; not all rooms had heating, which was challenging during our stay. Additionally, the washing machine and dryer were out of order, a significant inconvenience as we traveled with a child. Electrical problems were frequent, with the power cutting off multiple times, which was concerning and disruptive. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the linens left much to be desired, which was disappointing. Lastly, the dishwasher did not function properly, adding to the daily hassles.
• Kabita (7/5): Excellent stay. - The kitchen and the living room were very good. The property was in a quiet place still close to shops and other places. It would be good if there were door latch in toilet.
• Leonie (10/5): Exceptional - 4 bedrooms Clean and comfy. Shower screen in master ensuite might need to be replaced...lots of cracks...might break at any time.
• Yaqiong (10/5): Exceptional - Feel like home. Very clean and tidy. The bed is a bit soft for my back. Everything else is good.
