• Walter (10/5): - Love, love, love! This was the perfect stay to experience Rome and soak in all its flavour and fabulousness!
• Paige (10/5): - Amazing place to stay! I was actually blown away as I didn’t feel the photos had given me a great idea of what our room was going to look like and include. But the property was truly incredible and VERY well cared for and maintained. We arrived a bit early and met the housekeeper who was so wonderful, she also served breakfast in the morning which was FANTASTIC. The room itself was very spacious (we were in suite 4) with an entry hallway that connected to the lovely bathroom and lead to the bedroom which was so nice. Very comfortable sleep and had all we could need and then some. Absolutely recommend!
• Amanda SA (9/5): Super, gerne wieder! :) - Das Frühstück war eher klein gehalten aber mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Die Lage war fantastisch! Alles konnte zu Fuss sehr gut erreicht werden. In der Nähe gibts gleich einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen falls man was benötigt. Linda die Hotel Angestellte ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! :) Das WLAN fiel leider über 24h aus... ausserdem ist im Gebäude das Mobilfunknetz etwas eingeschränkt.

• Briana (6/5): - We loved our housekeeper/the person at breakfast We called to get a change of sheets because there was a stain on them and they said we would have to pay for them. It was gross.
• Mary (10/5): - The suite was spotless. Lynda is just brilliant. She provided our breakfast every morning and did all the housekeeping. She was very welcoming and attentive. The only down side was next door was an air conditioning unit was running continuously, was noisy, no fault of TimeRoma. And apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TimeRoma. All the main hot tourists spots/shops within walking distance - the furthest 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes but plenty of interesting distractions en route. We will easily stay here again. and thoroughly recommend it.

• Guest (10/5): Ubytování bylo skvěle a na dobrém místě🙂 vyhověli nám i s dřívějším check in a zařídilinam odvoz z letiště na ubytovani - Nejlepší byla lokalita! Meli jsme to od vsech památek blízko a dalo se vsude dojít pěšky. Výhoda také byla autobusová zastávka. Tu jsme bohužel nevyužili, protože když jsme chtěli, bud autobus podle aplikace měl jet, ale nejel anebo byl autobus plny. Také byly skvělé snídaně! Bohužel v noci byl slyšet ruch města.
• Yulia (8/5): Great location, clean and secure with nice breakfast. Beds uncomfortable, outside AC noise, and staff speaks no English. - Great location. Great breakfast. Clean lines. Great bathroom. Easy check in. Secure. Very nice lady on site, but no English. Prepare to pay city tax in cash. The beds are not comfortable at all. The apartment had one queen and one “twin,” but the twin bed is actually smaller than a standard size and shaped more like a couch, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Towels and sheets are changed only every 3 days. If you need fresh ones more often, there is an extra charge (10€ per set of 3 towels and 18€ per set of sheets). Another big downside is the constant noise from the air conditioning units of the next building located right outside the window. Because of this, I had to keep all the windows closed, which made the room dark and unpleasant.
• ilse (9/5): Fantastisch! - Super locatie!! Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ondanks vertraging van vliegtuig, heel begripvol om ons af te halen! Lekker ontbijt naar Italiaanse normen en veel! Aanrader !! Als ik iets slecht moet zeggen, lawaai van buitenaf… hele dunne ramen en geen isolatie… Maar je bent zodanig moe ‘‘s avonds dat het niet meer stoort 😉 Zeker geen reden om hier niet te komen!

• Guest (7/5): An apartment with real Roman charm in a great location & a helpful host. - Breakfast was nice though a bit limited. Nice room & location. Loved the lift. The host was fantastic and gave great directions which really helped. The room was well setup and had a real charm. We were there in a bit of a heat wave in Rome and the air conditioner was blowing air but no cold air was coming out. At any other time it probably wouldn't have mattered but for us it led to some sleepless nights.

• Anonymous (10/5): What a charming hotel, beautiful rooms, fabulous location, and wonderful staff. We would visit again - The breakfast was delightful and filling. Such a charming breakfast room too. The rooms were beautiful and we loved the stairs and the glass elevator in the center. Meticulously clean and in such a wonderful location. We were delighted to find mini splits in each bedroom as it was 35+ in Rome during our stay. However, the mini split in our children’s room may have needed maintenance because it couldn’t keep up with the heat and never cooled down lower than 29C. This was certainly no one’s fault, just a very hot summer. We noticed our room stayed much cooler.

• Aldo (10/5): Nice place for a short stay in an excellent part of historic Rome. - Lovely suite with preserved wooden beams and floor. Location is close to two bridges, one to Castel Sant Angelo. The biggest plus is Linda, who manages the place, prepares b’fast and cleans room. She is absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful! Maybe be a bit noisy at night, even with widoes fully shuttered.

• Gary (10/5): - Excellent location! Super handy for Vatican and the other main city centre tourists sites. In a lovely area of winding streets offering everything you need to enjoy Rome like a Roman. It was very hot when we visited but the great air con in the room did exactly what we needed it to. Our room overlooked the entrance alley way which was a little noisy first thing in the morning but you need to be up early anyway to beat the tourist queues (and that’s queues of people with “fast track” and pre-booked!!). Super clean room, extremely comfortable bed, lots of room for mother and teenage daughter to share without being in any way cramped. Outstanding bakery just outside front gates. Felt super safe and well looked after by Linda on each day of our stay. Breakfast was an added bonus and easy to stay in touch with Julia before check in and when we decided to skip breakfast for early morning mass at the Vatican. We would book again in a heartbeat!
• Carly (9/5): Wonderful stay at the perfect Rome location! - The properly was a beautiful mix of old and new, it felt really authentic and was incredibly clean. Giulia was really welcoming, she even left us a bottle of fizz on arrival to celebrate my partner’s 30th! Overall it was a great property, excellent location, and wonderful stay - would definitely recommend! The only minor thing would be the shower that you had to hold it yourself rather than it being fixed on the wall.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautifully clean and comfortable Perhaps the only things that could have been improved were the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow, and the mobile phone reception, which wasn’t always reliable. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

WiFi was not as fast as as well as stable as possible, but delivered the basics to navigate using the mobile phone.

• Bosa (9/5): Lovely, comfortable stay. Please add a shower and I will definitely stay again! - Very comfortable room with all the essential amenities, in a charming old building fitted with a lift. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Easy check in and access. Great location close to landmarks, restaurants, chemist and supermarkets. Tasty continental breakfast, very worth it! Honestly the only suggestion for improvement would be to add a shower hook on the wall. Room 7 has a bath with only a hand-held shower and nowhere to hang it on, which is difficult for women especially for washing your hair.
• Frances (8/5): Very good - Great stay for 3 nights. The host was very helpful arranging transfers for us. And Linda the in house caretaker was just beautiful and welcoming. And the morning breakfast was incredible. Location was also easy to walk to many locations. Location a little noisy at night. But it’s because it is so central.
• Anne (10/5): Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and we both would recommend it and would choose to stay again! - The room was very lovely and felt luxurious. Everything felt really nice quality. We really enjoyed how relaxing it was to stay there. The bathroom was also a great size with a full size tub! Amazing location too! Walking distance from everything. You can tell they made a very good effort with the breakfast and the server was so lovely. The only thing to note is the selection of the breakfast was quite limited in comparison with other hotels surviving full breakfast buffets. That all being said it was very nice to have the option to eat in the B&B. The coffee was also very good!
• Maria (8/5): Location allowed us to explore many sites by walking getting a good understanding of the Roman life. - Enjoyed the plentiful breakfast with freshly baked pastries and coffee of your choice. The room was decorated well with a good balance between the old architecture of the building and the modern functional requirements. The official address of the building may be correct but it lead to another business who had to inform very one that they had the wrong address. They then told me to go down the street and around the corner. The actual entrance is off another street through a gate. This was not clear to me and l had to ask the corner bar if they knew where l can find the place. It was about 1/2 an hour before l found the gate. It would be helpful if they gave a map to locate the entrance once you book the room. The other issue was there was only one room key. We were three persons and trying to do different things in Rome. Made it difficult to arrange time for all to meet back at the room. When we asked for another key they said they only had two keys for every room and they need one.

• Simon (6/5): Good location but really not a suit at. - Good location for site seeing in Rome. Breakfast lady was very friendly but spoke no English. Clean room with air conditioning which was essential in the heat. The address we were given was to a business NOT connected with Roma Suits and they were clearly fed up with re directing visitors to the un marked hotel entrance round the side of the building. This happened to other visitors as well and made finding the hotel unnecessarily frustrating. The “Suit” was really just a bedroom with a corridor and separate bathroom. The additional bed was a sofa by the main bed made up into a poor bed. This made the room rather cramped fir three people and was not what we were imagining. The limited Breakfast was the same every morning, just a sweet pastry, ham and processed cheese.
• Fcur (9/5): Thanks for your hospitality - The staff were all amazing, all very helpful. I liked the fact that all our prior queries before check in, were all met courteously. We were impressed with the overall cleanliness of the rooms, and its a must stay as its very central, few meters away to the vatican. Not a complain, but some AC did not work properly, and the shower head was splashing water all over the bathroom. All in all EXCELLENT stay.

• Emilio (8/5): Amazing location, owner is very kind and helpful, but facilities need some work - The owner is very kind and accommodating. We had a few troubles with our room initially and they were addressed right away and with kindness. And the location is simply one of the best you can get as a tourist The place needs some work as it is a brand new place and it is being set up. The wifi was very poor, showerheads did not have a stand so you need to hold it in your hands which can be a bit annoying especially if it's cold. Nothing too serious, but it could have been better

• Katie (9/5): Superb - Location was great, very central. Giulia is a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and looked great; comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was from the bar next door and was superb; fresh orange juice, coffee and a croissant. WiFi signal didn’t quite stretch to the bedroom. The noise from the street was quite loud even with the shutters closed but it didn’t disturb us too much.
• Raffaele (10/5): Perfect in all ways. I would surely recommend - I loved how central the structure was. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the suite in itself was comforting and beautiful. The Italian ancient architecture was very characteristic and the building was stunning with its foundations dating back to the 1600s. The neighborhood surrounding the structure is very lively in terms of nightlife and museums and an excellent place to experience the local culture. I loved my experience and if I ever have the opportunity to come back to Rome, I would surely go there again.
