Brian (9/5): Excellent location to access Croyde, the beach and multiple walks without having to use the car. - Location superb. Easy walk into the village centre and to the beach. Very quiet. Hard to find something to call out. It felt like a loved but well used property. I think definitely needs a new frying pan as the existing one has some of the coating already lifting off.
Nigel (8/5): The property provided a very comfortable base for our walking holiday around this beautiful area. - The location was very good. On the one hand it was in a very quiet position, but yet within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and pub etc. There was a parking space for one vehicle, but we managed to park two cars close to the property
