- Rayane (1/5): Decepcionante - Infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante decepcionante. A casa estava longe do que foi prometido no anúncio. Logo que chegamos, percebemos a falta de utensílios básicos de cozinha e a limpeza muito precária. Havia baratas pela casa, o que foi extremamente desconfortável. Durante a estadia, ainda enfrentamos a falta de água, queda de energia, e o filtro que deveria fornecer água potável, estava seco, e quando finalmente teve água, o gosto era ruim, impróprio para consumo. Reconheço que os donos tentaram resolver parte dos problemas, mas muitos desses cuidados deveriam ter sido tomados antes da nossa chegada. Para completar, agendaram uma vistoria às 5h da manhã e ninguém apareceu ou deu qualquer satisfação. Foi uma sequência de falhas que comprometeram totalmente a experiência. Espero que levem esse retorno a sério e façam as melhorias necessárias para que outros hóspedes não passem pelo mesmo.
