- Maryeatscake (7/5): Fantastic little apartment in the heart of Cotillo - It was lovely staying there, really love the rooftop terrace and great location. Host was super helpful when we locked ourselves out! Lovely kitchen living area to relax in and watch tv or cook. Bed was a little hard, windows, curtains and grout could have done with a deep clean, and the shower leaks from all joins.
- Michelle (7/5): Great location, comfy beds, lovely decor. Just let down a bit by boiler leaking - Bed was comfortable, good facilities , communal terrace was nice. Lovely quiet location away from the building works but near centre of town and beach. There was a problem with the boiler leaking while we were out for the day, when we returned the floor had been flooded and i had to throw out some trainers that were ruined by the water which was annoying and my partner had some clothing that had been soaked . However this was an unforeseen circumstances and was dealt with quickly after reporting it. We were moved to another room with basic facilities (bed shower etc) while new boiler was being sorted and room cleaned as the floor was flooded in our room. We then returned to our room the next day which had been sorted and didn't have any further issues. Would have been nice to have been offered small compensation for incident with boiler but it was dealt with quickly and they arranged for somewhere for us to stay so I can't really complain. Thankyou for the stay, we enjoyed our time at El Cotillo

Useful shared terrace, best if you like the beach or being out - The apartment is in a brilliant location in the middle of El Cotillo next to the Old Harbour. Its a perfect size for two people with a good size living and kitchen area, good size bedroom with a washing machine and bathroom. Has access to a shared terrace. Easy to communicate with the hosts The terrace was useful to access but not quite the same as a private area, nothing the hosts can do about that though. The apartment would benefit from a guide either in the room or electronically e.g. how to use the washing machine, where the bins/store cupboard are, local contacts for restaurants/taxis etc. The bathroom had an issue with the drains before we arrived and they tried to charge us for it. There was also a window open directly above the shower which we think went into an office which we couldn't close as it was too high, was a bit uncomfortable when we could hear people in there above us.

- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Everything : ) The apartment is located in an excellent location (very close to the city centre), great communication with the hosts (via WhatsApp), clear instructions for picking up the keys to the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped (I even found laundry capsules). Very clean and tidy. There was no iron in the apartment but it is a very tiny problem :)

- Maryeatscake (7/5): Great location, great host! - Nice spacious place in a great location, shared rooftop terrace where you could socialise and meet people. The host was very kind to accept a bag of our food early before check in to put into the fridge as we came from another apartment. Nice and quiet street within walking distance to the beach, cute cafes, bars and restaurants. Being ground floor attracts more insects as is normal for a hot country. The property had been treated for cockroaches a couple days before but there were still some coming out dying. They were very kind to warn me and refund me partially for this.
- Mira (7/5): Good - We had room 3 and it was cozy. The kitchen was equiped with the necessities and there was enough room to store your luggage. The couch was great to relax on and rooftop terrace was great too. The village is very small, so you reach everything in a few minutes. Parking possible in front of the venue. The bed was a bit soft to our taste. I thought there would be some "happenings" at the terrace, but that was probably my mistake of misunderstanding!

- Maeve (10/5): Spotlessly clean, relaxing atmosphere and help always available. - The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean. It was never overly warm as a lovely breeze could be created by opening the windows. The rooftop terrace was amazing. I spent early mornings and evenings enjoying this relaxing space. The location is excellent close to restaurants, shops and within walking distance of the beach if you don’t have a car. Victoria was most helpful at all times…. a lovely person, whose chats I thoroughly enjoyed as a solo traveller. There was an issue with water supply while I was there. Nothing to do with the apartment …. a general issue in the area. But the positive is that this apartment has its own water storage tanks on the roof and the problem was solved almost immediately as Victoria simply turned on their own stored water. A positive for this property as water supply can be an issue in El Cotillo and not all properties have water storage tanks.

Living room with small kitchen and sofa. Cozy equipment details. Comfortable bed. Upstairs nice terrace with panoramic view and small kitchen where you can prepare breakfast or a meal. Wifi The windows need cleaning, urgently.

- David (10/5): Amazing Allegranza - We have stayed in a number of different apartments in El Cotillo but Casa Allegranza has to be the best ! The apartment is modern, bright with lots of quirky design features. It is really well resourced and the bed was super comfortable. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing. We would definitely stay in Casa Allegranza on our next visit to El Cotillo. It can be difficult to dry clothes in the apartment because you cannot dry clothes on roof top terrace. However this was only a small issue

The location is perfect, our room (on the ground floor) was super cozy and nicely decorated, all amenities available and of course the rooftop was a dream! Our host, Vittoria, was the nicest ever and so accommodating! Couldn’t be happier!

- Emma (10/5): Lovely sanctuary! - This place is a gem! Huge studio apartments with everything that you need including fully equipped kitchen. But best thing is the roof terrace which is massive and also has a fully equipped kitchen as well as loads of space for eating, working or relaxing and gorgeous views out to sea. The owners of the property are so nice and go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. This time I was here for a holiday but will definitely come back here for a longer stay when I am remote working

The apartment was very modern and fresh with all facilities you need. It comes with a beautiful roof terrace with seaview. Staff very helpful and friendly. There is nothing to complain about
- Giorgia (10/5): we loved to stay at casa allegranza! located in the most authentic part of El Cotillo- a fisherman village on the north - El Cotillo village is simply amazing and the best in Fuerte! the apartment is 2 mins walk from the center of this small, cute fisherman village and in the most authentic part of it. Easy to find a parking lot ( for free) close to the apartment. The common terrace with the view on the ocean is perfect for the breakfast as well as for a romantic dinner! both Apartment and terrace fully equipped - nothing to buy if you plan to stay up to 5 days! We loved it⚓️❤️ nothing! the first floor was perfect since we had very heavy luggages and in March there is no so much tourism. It might be a bit noisy during the picky season…
- Krzysztof (4/5): Do not focus on the roof, its a trap. - roof terrace is great, outstanding view roof terrace is shared by 6 (!) appartments, one of them has private door for special access. Our appartment number 2 was on ground floor with horrible view on the building opposite. It was quite dark and too small for 3 people. Biggest disappointment in Cotillo. The owner should precise that roof terrace is shared with many other appartments. We tried to find privacy to admire view on the roof but other unexpected people ruined that.

Good communication with Matteo. Price is fair. Would definitely come back again! We had some problems with the internet connection. It wasn't very stable. At least we needed to use our Hotspot, otherwise it wouldn't be possible to have a meeting. But if u don't need it for work, it's absolutely sufficient.

They were overbooked and I checked out earlier because I didn’t want to stay in a tiny room with a single bed/sofa. I then messaged the owner, she apologised and said I would be refunded. That was almost a month ago and I am still waiting. Badly organised, and I won’t be returning.

- Lutz (10/5): A wonderful place with everything you need. - A wonderful place to stay in El Cotillo. Everything is well thought out, comfortable and functional. It is well designed and all clean. The hosts are very friendly and give great advice according to you interests. The common area is just wonderful, great view and lots of chilling places. Good Wifi (which is not a given in that region). Great experience, anytime again!
