• Pawel (10/5): Pleasant apartment, good location. - Excellent location: right in the middle of the historic centre and close to a supermarket (Lidl). The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. It also had a small kitchen with the most essential utensils, which was very convenient. You can park your car safely in the small piazzetta in front of the door if you do not bother driving the narrow streets (you only need to pay for entering the city centre, unless you choose to park further away — just ask the host). We also received very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, and the host was always available on WhatsApp. We were also allowed to arrive a few hours before check-in, which made our arrival much less stressful.

Giovanni a été très souple pour le Check in et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en attendant que l’appartement soit libre. Il s’est chargé de nous réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport. Une petite table basse de salon serait un plus.

• Benjamin (10/5): Beste Entscheidung, ein Apartment bei Lily Apartment zu mieten. - Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen in Giovanni’s Apartment in Palermo. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Giovanni war ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher Gastgeber – immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und mit viel Engagement für unsere Anliegen da. Besonders dankbar sind wir ihm, dass er uns sogar spät abends noch die ZTL-Bescheinigung organisiert und für uns bezahlt hat – das war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. Nichts, alles in Ordnung

He was easily contactable via WhatsApp and he responded quickly to any minor requests we had. We would recommend Lily Apartments to anyone wanting a central location in Palermo Old Town and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Palermo. The apartment is at the edge of the Ballerò street market. Close to Quattro Canti the centre of the old town and Via Maqueda (the main tourist street). All the Key Tourist spots are close at hand and a visit to the port & marina is just a 15minute walk! The central train station is 15min walk away too. We got a taxi in from the airport (€70) but next time we’ll get the train into central station (€7 approx) and then a short taxi ride to the apartment. Thank you Giovanni for a wonderful holiday. • Biondi (10/5): Appartamento da 10 e lode - È stato senza ombra di dubbio l'appartamento migliore in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Pulitissimo, profumato, moderno, accogliente, completo di tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. Il letto è comodissimo, la doccia molto grande e comoda. Inoltre la posizione è ideale per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. La vicina e rumorosa Ballarò non vi darà fastidio perché l'appartamento è completamente insonorizzato. Da sottolineare la gentilezza dell'host Giovanni che, anche se non conosciuto personalmente, è stato presente per il facilissimo check in e per altre mie richieste di informazioni. Ci tornerò assolutamente nel mio prossimo viaggio a Palermo. Niente

• Emma (10/5): Kind host, great place, central spot but not much noice at ight. - I stayed at Lily Apartments with my friend as we were visiting Palermo. The area is very close to Ballaro Market and the neighborhood was really nice and so central. The AC was a god send as we were here during such a heatwave and we were so happy to be at home that we spent two of our nights in eating good food, watching series and enjoying the AC. The bathroom was so cute and easy to use. Our host was the sweetest person ever, and always answered my questions. I will come back here without a doubt with my partner as we are planning another trip to Palermo due to work. This was just amazing and spectacular! I have nothing to complain about, really nothing.
