João (6/5): Não vale o preço pelas condições que apresenta - Apartamento relativamente bem localizado; Sofá confortável; Vários outlets elétricos Bom sinal de wi-fi. A manutenção do apartamento deixa um pouco a desejar (estado de alguns móveis, uma das janelas laterais tem a estrutura partida, apartamento com vários sinais de humidade, etc.); Cheiro de madeira bastante intenso (muito por culpa da temperatura ambiente do apartamento); Apartamento sem aquecimento central (dispõe de uma ventoinha e de um aquecedor, mas são opções quase inúteis tendo em contra o layout do apartamento e a temperatura ambiente do mesmo); Sem dúvida uma das piores camas onde já dormi. Bastante rígida, muito desconfortável, almofadas sem enchimento e quarto bastante pequeno;
