• Lightman_5601 (7/5): It could be better if improve something - Good location, just very short walk from Namur central train station, & at a quiet street. The room is spacious with outdoor balcony, & divided in waiting, cooking, & bedroom. In fair days guest can drink or enjoy coffee outside balcony. There is lift can to the floor. Nearby one can find bars, snacks, & supermarket, the main attractions in walk scope. 1. The owner communication only use French, which is not convenience for guests don't understand French. 2. When we checked in, the house was not ready yet, although we had informed arrive time in advance. 3. Suggest add a microwave oven to heat food.

• Deepak (10/5): Perfect for a Long (or Short) Stay in Namur. - The location is about 200 m from Namur station and close to the main commercial area in town, so you are close to many restaurants and bars. The apartment has a balcony running all along two sides of the building and while the views are mostly of the neighboring houses, it is nice to get some sun (when it does shine) and fresh breeze. The amenities were top notch. Coffee is important for me and there was a Nespresso machine (there were a few pods, but I bought more for a 4-day stay). The bathroom and bedroom are perfect and I liked the french doors that open up to the balcony and some open sky. Each floor is one apartment so you get a decent amount of privacy as well.

The communication should have been better with the owner, we've arranged to leave my suitcase in one of his establishments downtown at 8,30h only to find out it doesn't open till 11h which made me late for my meeting and I also had to resolve the suitcase issue on the spot as well as carry it around town. Also the establishment could use a hair dryer.

• Federico (1/5): Bad - Decent location but scary street It was the worst experience of my life There were rats on the street just before going in. The flat was stinking and pretty dirty. The bed was not big enough for a tall guy. No breakfast included, only a capsule machine for coffee. At 5am (there is a depot just below the apartment) they started making an incredible noise, loading a truck with cages on wheels.

• Debra (8/5): Very good - Apartment is nice and a good location in the building itself. Quiet and well laid out. The area is run down but felt ok. The location was difficult to drive to - and as we have a wheelchair, scooter and medical kit this made it a little difficult. There was no easy parking (maybe because of a festival) and the nearest (paying) car park is expensive and had no working lift - having to rely on a store lift for accessibility, It was extremely hot that week and my disabled partner needs to be scrupulously clean for infections etc. - apparently we should only have used two towels for 2 days. Apologies, An 'emergency' phone message really worried me.
• Eva (8/5): Very good - The location was fine. The airco was nice. The appartment was cosy. I would like to have more towels in the bathroom. The window in the living room was to difficult to open. We didn´t know in advance that we had to make coffee by Nespresso.
• Anni (7/5): Good - The penthouse itself looks very pretty and provides a pleasant stay. Its big and the facilities given by the hosts met all the standards. The street in which the apartment is located is a little hard to find and also a little unpleasant especially when traveling as two girls. Didn't feel very safe when we first arrived.

• Jasper (9/5): Everything you need from a rental apartment - Great location, clean, nice view, spacious, and well furnished. Basically all you need for a comfortable stay. We were unclear on how to collect the keys (ask the property owner beforehand!).
