• Liza (7/5): Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time here. Thank you for hosting us! - The location was good. Having laundry was a bonus. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at your rental. However, there were a few areas where we felt improvements could be made. We were a bit surprised to find that the bathroom didn't have shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. These are usually standard amenities in vacation rentals. Additionally, the lighting could be improved with some warmer-toned bulbs. The current blue light might be a bit harsh for a relaxing stay. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the unit could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Finally, the photos in the listing might have been a bit misleading. The space seemed larger in the images than it actually was. It would be helpful to clarify this in the description.

• Harriet (8/5): Cute apartment in town - Location; washing machine; balcony; good communication; appliance and cooking facilities for light and simple cooking; quiet street The air-conditioning is only in the living room and it can be hot when sleeping because it does not reach the bedroom. Remote control for the air-conditioning was not working but the owner was helpful with setting the temperature remotely. It would be better if they fix this because it is a hassle.
• Brianna (9/5): Bright airy flat in excellent location! - Great location, spacious and bright. Attentive owners/managers. Bunk beds were great for the kids! We visited at the end of high season, and there were signs of wear and tear on the house with a few things needing attention. Nothing major, we brought it to the owners attention and they apologized and explained that because the house is full every night it is difficult to carry out maintenance. So maybe something to consider if you visit in lay Aug/Sept.

• Celia (7/5): Wonderful location close to the sea. - The location of the apartment is fabulous, less than a minute to the local Municipal Market, we bought the most delicious fruit each morning for breakfast. so many wonderful cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lots of shops and surf schools close by. The beach and town square also within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself is well functioning, in a quiet street. we could hear the neighbours closing the door but barely any other noise. there was a little balcony to hang up washing to dry. A little damp but this was to be expected due to the seaside town.

• Matteo (9/5): Very good place for an extended vacation in impressive Ericeira. - Excellent location, 2 min walk from the town market, and 5 min walk from a well-stocked and keen-priced supermarket (Continente). Restaurants and bars are just around the corner, and very good, and you can literally walk to a number of dream beaches and top-notch surf schools. You definitely do not need a car in Ericeira. The apartment has excellent basic equipment, and natural air flow makes temperature perfect, night and day. Two bathrooms are very useful. When you leave the window open, and the upstairs apartment guests use their AC (which, to be honest, you hardly ever need), you hear the noise.
