Guest Reviews
- alexander (8/5): Lovely town to explore the Amalfi Coast. - Location & clean & views Stayed 6 nights. Loved the property although communication with the Host was very poor, this resulted in having to pay a private transfer
Of 180 euros twice. I suggest making your own arrangements without a third party.
- Gemma (9/5): Prima - Het mooie uitzicht De vele Trappen
- Michelle (10/5): Very relaxing with beautiful views. Easy access to many good resturants. Giovanna was an excellent. - It was nice that they left bread rolls and water. There was a young child that was quite noisy during the afternoon. But we are in a neighborhood so that's just a part of life. It was just a little problem and didn't last long.
- Dana (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (9/5): Hidden gem in the heart of priano. - The apartment was well set out with everything you needed, a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to be able to cook, cleaning materials to allow you to clean up after yourself during your stay. A couple of extra towels and a fresh set of bedding would be a bonus, but you have the use of the washing machine, so it wasn't too much of an issue. The views are amazing, and the lady upstairs was a treasure, she guided us with the things we didn't know such as the light switch on the stairs, the bin cupboard and other local knowledge too.
We had an invasion of ants during our stay, which was dealt with swifly by the owners mother (who was lovely). This is not something to put you off as this comes with the territory along the Amalfi coast.
The bed was comfortable, and the sofa was comfortable. We stayed for our honeymoon but realised that it was not as private as we first thought. There is another rental property next to this, and the access to this means people walking through your outdoor space. For us, this was not an issue, and the couple who were next were lovely, quiet, and respectful, so don't let this put you off either.
There were croissants and jam left for us for breakfast on the first morning. This property is central to both Amalfi and positano but with a much more local feel, which we enjoyed. There are a number of beautiful restaurants and bars within walking distance and the local bus services were fantastic.
You are walking distance to priano Beach where there are restaurants and lots boat activities can be booked and taken from there too. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance to stock up on your essentials. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. The property wasn't as private as we first thought, but it was not an issue for us.
- Euan (9/5): Superb -
- Christian (8/5): Lovely stay and would recommend unit to other travellers - Great location and furnished nicely. A lovely welcome gift of homemade muffins on arrival.
The host was very kind to drive us so early in the morning to Salerno. (Much appreciated)
Lovely lady lives upstairs and is so sweet to say hello too each day. It was perfect. This is just a suggestion.
A great idea would be to have a booklet of information on unit and tourist info. etc. Eg latest Bus timetables (as wifi doesn’t work all the time in the area of Praiano)
Could provide some local shampoo, conditioner or body gel. (A nice touch)
