Guest Reviews
- claire (10/5): - Everything from location to decor. It was clean, very peaceful and the provision of coffee, logs for the indoor burner and outdoor fire pit were a bonus. There was nothing not to like - except a huge spider in the sink on arrival!

- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Really accommodating owner. Easy to follow instructions. Pub next door had a beer festival on which was a bonus. Town is a short drive. Great place to chill and easily accessible for my mum who's a bit unsteady on her feet at the moment. Beautiful view. A bit pricey for a couple of nights but you do get a lot for the price. You could easily pay more if you went somewhere else. It was just perfect for what we needed though.

- Callum (8/5): Nice relaxing stay - Great location very cozy and warm. Good size bed. right behind a pub although book in cos they said they were too busy to serve us food despite it being half empty.. a table would be handy by sofa when relaxing to put food drinks etc. struggled to get water hot enough for shower - nothing to clean pots with also
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (10/5): Wonderful stay in a peaceful setting. We will be back. - What a fabulous cabin. We loved everything about this property. It was ultra modern, clean, cost, yet spacious. And very well equipped. There was nothing we didn’t like. We do, however, wish we had taken a fan as it was very hot overnight following a few days of lovely sunny weather.
- Penny (10/5): Absolutely beautiful ⁸ - Absolutely outstanding, can't fault any part of it. Nothing at all.
- Lara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lazo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tomas (8/5): Very good -
- Charlotte (10/5): Private, peaceful and relaxing. Excellent hosts. - The private peaceful location with no tv and no wifi. Made it perfect to get away from busy life. It would have felt cosier with curtains or blinds but really didn’t make any difference to the stay and we can’t wait for another night away here.
- Jess (10/5): A beautiful, relaxing stay here. A lovely weekend break for 2 very tired parents, waking up to this view was so wonderfu - Situated in a beautiful and quiet area, very clean and well equipped N/A
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Great location very private
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, peaceful
- Lana (7/5): Good - I liked how easy it was to book, it was close to the area we were heading to the following day and was easy to find thanks to Emilys videos which were really helpful. We only stayed one night but it was perfect for this The only thing that we found a downside was there were people milling around right outside
- Sam (10/5): Simply, would love to stay again. - Lovely surroundings, seconds away from a pub! Really helpful host. Would love to stay again! Can’t fault it.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous lodge, modern and really well equipped. Very comfortable and private with beautiful views. Communication with the owners was excellent, and we will definitely stay again. Nothing
- Jon (10/5): Dreamlike! - Location was absolutely superb. Peaceful, quiet and a beautiful open space. It was perfect. The only thing I could have benefited from was a toaster. Apart from that, faultless.
- Jade (9/5): Superb - Lovely location. Really quiet and very private. Lovely sitting outside in the evening using the firepit also. Very close to the pub, which is within walking distance. Easy check-in and very informative communication about the location of the lodge before we went. Very clean and tidy when we got there. Thanks for a lovely stay!
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation for peace and quiet.
- Ashley (8/5): Quiet location for nature lovers to sit and relax, would recommend. - Secluded spot but really handy to the local pub. Kitchen/cooking facilities adequate for this kind of stay but no grill so a toaster would be a welcome addition. Lovely location where we saw a Barn Owl and Hedgehog, Red Kites overhead much of the day.
Sadly the weather wasn't on our side for our two night stay, but we'd love to visit again. Fire log provided for the log burner which is fine for one night, but we were there for two and it was quite chilly. They are not expensive to buy, but no where local to buy another as very rural location. So one provided for each day of the stay if needed would have been good.
- Anonymous (10/5): Absolutely amazing - Absolutely lovely place to relax and recharge batteries
