• Tracy (6/5): Worked well for short stay in Derry good location out of city. - Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Well stocked kitchen plenty of cleaning products. Products in the bathroom for general use. Entrance hall untidy. Velux window in one bedroom broken. No lights over dining room table

En general tienes la sensación de que el mobiliario y utensilios en general son de otra vivienda habitual donde ya no los consideraban aptos. El entrador de acceso al bloque de apartamentos muy sucio y descuidado. No tiene ascensor. Bastante lejos de la ciudad en un barrio cerca de la carretera.

• Mary (8/5): - The appartment was clean spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We were two couples so the second double bed was to small luckily there was a single room. It would be ok for kids but not a couple.

Il proprietario dovrebbe controllare meglio chi effettua le pulizie per suo conto in quanto i bagni non erano né puliti né igienizzati. Vicini non proprio silenziosi.

Unfortunately, the only downfall was that the apartment building itself does not have a cleaner or good up keep. This is too no fault of this apartment owner. He was lovely and had great communication. Extremely helpful. I would stay here again

• Maxwell (7/5): Good value but could use some work. - Entire apartment to ourselves for this price. Fast Wi-Fi. Comfy bed. Declan was very friendly and helpful. The location to begin with. We thought it would be closer to Derry City, but instead it was in an industrial zone. The floor needed dusting and cleaning as it was pretty filthy. We couldn't get the Queen Room's heating radiator to work, and then the bathrooms and King Room radiators were so overkill on the heat, so we were either freezing or boiling. Hallway and stairway leading us to the apartment was filthy and had a strong smell to it. Limited parking when we got back from dinner, had to park in front of another building further away.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Was comfortable enough.was a bit far out from the city, and from the photo, i thought it was closer. No microwave.
• Elena (2/5): Would not use it again and 9.3 rating is a fantasy. 5-6 is much more accurate - It had space The building was the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. The location was not convenient at all and getting the key was more complicated than usually.

• Maria (9/5): Fantastic! - We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this place! The location was superb, with the added bonus of free parking right in front of the building. Having a convenient store right in front of the complex was a lifesaver for those last-minute essentials. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and incredibly cosy, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Nothing:)
