The room windows are not blocking the noise and light from the street. We are very noise and light sensitive so this is something that affected our sleep and rest. Pastries served on the breakfast are too sugary. Would prefer to have a piece of homemade cake.

El personal nos preparó un picoteo bajo reserva (+25€) y una carta deseándonos salud y amor, ¡un detalle que agradeceremos siempre! La recepcionista fue amabilísima con nosotros, nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación de manera gratuita a la habitación con balcón. Habitación limpia, espaciosa, cómoda, desayuno servido puntualmente en la habitación. Pedimos 30minutos extra de check out y nos lo facilitaron sin problema. ¡Sólo podemos dar las gracias por la estancia!¡Queremos repetir! Todo estuvo bien

- Eldana (10/5): MEGAAAAAAAA - Es war unglaublich mein Mann und ich konnten so gut schlafen wir waren so begeistert wir möchten wider kommen frühstück gab es immer ins Zimmer und unglaublich wie man da verwöhnt wird sogar die Eier werden einem geschält unglaublich man sagt was man essen möchte und man kommt es und die Uhrzeit kann auswählen wir wollten es um 9 uhr haben pünktlich auf die min war es da unglaublich vom zimmer wollen wir garnicht reden es war immer als wir gekommen sind von den Aktivitäten immer das Bett gemacht frisch bezogen Handtücher jeden Tag frische aufgehängt worden unglaublich echt wir kommen wider Alles war super

On peut se garer sans problème dans la rue La proximité avec l'autoroute même si ça ne gêne pas pour dormir et la localisation un peu excentrée du centre ville

- Madara (9/5): Great stay. Beautiful property. Loved it. - It was absolutely great. Staff was very kind and nice. Modern - smell ēd really nice. It had everything you needed. Reception 24 hours. It was really great stay. There was no coffee machine in room although kitchen was fully equipped-so if you wanted coffee you had to go reception and you have to pay. Parking wise off street parking right in front of the hotel worked out cheaper - with an app EasyPark extend via app. It is free after 7pm and weekends.

- Sonia (8/5): Confortable - Me gusta que puedes aparcar en la misma acera, las camas eran comodas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien No había nada para poder lavar los platos, vasos etc, por si querias volver a utilizarlos. En booking ponia que estaba incluido el check out tardio hasta las 13:00, pero el mismo dia llamaron a las 12:15 para que saliéramos ya, al parecer nadie sabia que había late check out.

- ANazareth (7/5): Bom para quem vai à Clínica da Luz, mas daria só 3 estrelas. - O quarto era bem espaçoso, considerando que éramos três. Novo, com boa cama e bom banho. É um studio com bom frigorífico. Simpático ter um late checkout até às 13h. A localização foi perfeita para ir à Clínica da Luz, que era o nosso caso. 15 minutos de taxi e fomos até ao centro histórico. Ouve-se bastante barulho dos carros na via rápida. As janelas não isolam o suficiente. Não foi fácil manter o ar condicionado do quarto de forma agradável; tive frio, principalmente à noite. O edredon também era bem fininho. Tive que pedir um cobertor - 'vou ver se há'. Não sei se voltaria no inverno. O atendimento não foi muito acolhedor, mas foi eficiente. O café da manhã não encanta e a quantidade é muito controlada.

- Ana (6/5): Simpático e prático - Quarto espaçoso, limpo, bem equipado. Boa localização, se o objetivo da estadia for trabalhar. A receção está na cozinha, o que torna o check in estranho; o pequeno-almoço é entregue no quarto, sendo pedido que os hóspedes indiquem na véspera a que horas querem tomar a refeição (com bastante flexibilidade, o que alivia o desconforto da situação); apenas deram opções para as bebidas quentes e não para a comida.

- Davia Nicoleta (8/5): - Tenía lo necesario para cocinar y unas buenas instalaciones, (televisión, aire acondicionado, herramientas de cocina, lo necesario para el aseo), además de que me gustó el balcón. No había nada con que poder limpiar la cocina, tuve que improvisar un poco.
