• Mustafa (4/5): accomodation ok, personel rude, access hard. - the room was clean, all needs were supplied, the city view was beautiful personel was so rude for just arriving 1 hour early (not checking in) and for checking out 10mins late. she waited just outside the door with an angry face and offensive looking, and complaining. bed was bad. and transport is hard. the house is far away from the city with dark mountain road. not comfortable for walking, and cant find taxi easy.

• Faith (8/5): Superb - We had an incredible stay here! Firstly, the hosts gave us a warm welcome with snacks. Secondly, when travelling around, they gave us recommendations for places to visit and affordable means of transport. Honestly, we felt at home despite being in a foreign country, all thanks to the host family. We will definitely visit again.
• Sanket (10/5): Peaceful and Scenic - We liked everything, particularly the view and peace. The landlady was always eager and asking for feedback and was fun to interact with :) Even though the walk to this apartment is quite steep but it's definitely rewarding, however its easily accessible via large network of taxis with affordable prices such as 5-10 euros from city center or old town.
• Daša (7/5): Nice, spacious and clean apartment with passive agressive host - The apartment had a lovely view, it's pretty spacious and clean The host wasn't hospitable. We were 1h late after the check-in due to traffic. I apologized and announced that in advance, but she was really passive agressive.

• Ivana (9/5): Perfect getaway! - Everything was fantastic! The apartment is fully equipped, the hosts are incredibly polite and always available if you need anything. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and looks exactly like it does in the photos. The distance might be an issue if you don’t have a car. For us, this wasn’t a problem—we purposely chose a place away from the crowds. Situated in the heart of the mountains, it offers true peace and quiet.

The hotel in Budva exceeded all our expectations — everything was so clean, cozy, and well-maintained, it truly felt like home. A special thanks to the hosts — such kind, warm, and welcoming people. Their hospitality is exceptional and rare to find. The hotel also offers convenient parking, and it’s very easy to reach both by car and on foot. The walk to the city center is lovely, and Budva itself is perfect for exploring. The area around the hotel is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe — ideal for couples or families, like us. We would gladly come back and stay here again with the same wonderful hosts. Thank you for the comfort and kindness!
• Harsha (10/5): Great stay - Absolutely beautiful property in a good location. Clean and spotless in each nuke and corner. Wonderful staff, they gave toys, snacks to our baby almost everyday and they were the sweetest people. For first time goers the road can be a bit challenging as it’s quite steep but once you have hang of it you’ll be fine. The views are awesome from the terrace. Linens, towels, kitchenette all clean and perfect.

• Humeyra (10/5): Very lovely and great with the sweetest hosts! - The host Igor and Branca were very nice! 10++++ Especially Branca was sooo lovely with the children. She had very much attention for them, was playing with them and asked everyday if everything was allright. It felt really warm! I would recommend this place 100% + nice airco + nice balkon + nice room with everything you need + clean Everything was great!
• Senna (10/5): We were comfortable as we're staying in our own home! - Our hosts were quite lovely and helpful, they made our visit enjoyable in Montenegro :) The room was clean (bathroom was cleaned and towels were replaced every day) and tidy, it had water & cookies for refreshment when we arrive. The location was great for us, since it was like 10 mins away (by driving) to city center. we had amazing balcony to sit and chill. We didn't want to stuck in traffic, so that we chose that way. We're thankful to Igor and his lovely wife! :)

The view was perfect and we always drink coffee on the balcony. The host a very kind, friendly and helpful person. We have two notes, the toilet has a horrible smell and the road to the apartment was tight.

We will definitely stay here when we come to Montenegro again one day. We are very lucky to have stayed there and got to know the hosts.

We had all the necessary ammenities. The placement of the villa was wonderful, up the hill, away from the crowded streets of Budva. We also had some spots where we were able to park the car. The villa was places in a safe and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. However, the best part of our stay was meeting our host, who made sure we had a wonderful experience. She was very nice and helpful, making sure we had a great holiday. I highly recommend this villa and we can't wait to come back! -

• Cristian (10/5): Wonderful stay and big thank you for hospitality. - We had a wonderful stay here. First host was waiting for us and helped with luggage. Then found a safe place for leaving car during all stay. Even we didn't spoke comon language we undertud each other and they helped everytime with a smile on the face. Last but not least the balcony has a magnifique view over the bay. The road to the property is tight and steep but is a good train for what to expect all over the country.

There is parking right outside and a large supermarket 5 mins drive. It felt like being at home. I highly recommend this villa to everyone!

Домаќините се толку љубезни и грижливи што прави да се чуствувате како дома. Горната тераса со базенот и лежалките е одлично место за фамилија со деца за ноќна или попладневна релаксација. Се на се одлично место за добар одмор, кое сигурно ќе го посетиме повторно во иднина.
