• Denise (8/5): Gute Lage 👍🏻 - Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage war super. Die Nachbarn waren jeden Morgen sehr früh schon seeehr laut (Sturmklingeln, sehr laute Streitigkeiten, haben sich richtig angeschrien). Das war wirklich nicht mehr normal. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, dann ist das echt schwierig.
• Anna (5/5): In overall, it was good but it could be definitely better. - We really appreciated the location To be honest, we have some complaints about our stay. To begin with, we had really noisy neighbours. There were situations when children shouted very loudly as well as their parents at 2 a.m., so we couldn’t sleep. Secondly, I have to admit that there were little toilet papers, so we had to buy it. What is more, the cleanliness was not as good as we expected.

• Eduard (10/5): Exceptional - We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. I think it's a perfect place for a couple. The apartment is clean and fully equipped with everything you'd expect from a summer holiday rental. Well located – close to the city center, grocery stores, and the train/bus station. Also reasonably priced. The owner was friendly and patient when we were late, as we had trouble finding the apartment at first. I can only recommend it!
• Ali (4/5): Unpleasant experience - Not much I had to rewrite my review as the property owner reply to my review was all false and aimed to cover up for their wrong doing. I checked in at 3:30 after the designated time and the owner reply to my review stated that I wanted to check in early. Despite checking in after the designated check in time and also confirming the checking time with the owner, they did not show up until we called them. They let us waiting in the pouring rain with our baby. The staff then walks in the house with wet dirty shoes and cannot get the internet working for 10 mins while we are waiting there. Then the owner replies to my comment on bookings that our devices could not connect. This is not true because her staff turned the wifi off while trying to fix the modem and could not turn it back on. After 10 mins of frustration sitting soaking wet while he was trying to fix this and he called the owner on speaker and we could hear her shouting and yelling at him, it was getting intense so we gave up and said don’t worry about the internet. After he left, we managed to turn the wifi back on and fix the issue. It is a studio and it is very small. It is fine for two pple and no more. The neighbours downstairs are loud at night and you hear their kid playing till late. They harassed us to check out at 10 while in the Bookings it allows to 10:30am. We had the aircon and the washing machine on only and the fuse of the property tripped from overload. The owner reply falsely states that we have all appliances on. Not sure why would we do that and how the owner statement has any logic in it. In addition, owner’s reply to my original comment stated that we made many demands during our stay. I only asked her one question as there was no rubbish bin of any sort in the property. Do not recommend. Reading the owner replies to previous comments and mine, I see that they try to systematically cover up their flaws by lying and turning the situation against the reviewer and costumer.
• Adriana (7/5): The place was really well located and you have everything you need but We were on holidays but no5 were able to have a p - The property was super nice and very well located. However, you need to consider staying here since the neighbors are a family that have very ugly ways. They shouted the whole time , we went to bed every day with their discussions and woke up with them shouting terribly to the poor kid.

• Marko (10/5): It was one of the best experiences for me when it comes to traveling :) - Super located, historical part of Palermo and all the landmarks are near. Easy to find nightlife bars and cafes from here, and still not crowded and noisy. It’s clean and well equipped with all necessities for tourists. Easy communication with the property with all information you need including good hints for food or cultural events :) Everything was excellent. I don’t have complains.
• Vesela (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, 3 minutes away from Quattro Canti, very clean and comfortable. The host was also very responsive and helpful. This is a perfect place for a short stay in the city. We strongly recommend!

• Mandeep_5 (10/5): Cute and comfortable apartment - This apartment was so cute and comfortable, very much a home from home atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect! Our favourite thing about our stay was the four bottles of complimentary wine, and although we didn't manage to finish them all, they went down a treat. Being an apartment it was quite noisy with the downstairs flat having a baby but that is to be expected with apartment living.

• Nicola (8/5): Would stay again! - Such a great location - close to markets, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was great - had everything you could need. The fruit and water was a great touch - thank you! Would highly recommend Little tricky to find. If you are facing the church it’s down the road to your left.
