- Nomandlovu (10/5): - Such a beautiful property. I loved the proximity to nature, including the wild animals there. Nothing
- Ashnee (10/5): Beautiful place - Loved the ease of being able to walk to the wedding venue we were attending and the beautiful animals we spotted on the premises Nothing
- Craig (10/5): would love to go back again - all was well prepared and tasty we liked everything
- Vuyolwethu (10/5): -
- Sipokazi (10/5): It was a delightful weekend. - The staff were professional, friendly and respectful.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The flora and fauna a pleasant surprise. I would have liked a room overlooking the golf course, a room with a view.
- Jeremy (7/5): Ok - Convenient Soulless
- Khangelani Ndesi (9/5): -
- Porscha.M (8/5): Top Tier Experience - The tranquility, that's unmatched... My partner kept thanking me for choosing Olivewood for our holiday reset... Cleaning staff took ages to clean our room, we even went for a walk but still returned to it in the same state but upon request that they maybe start with our room, it wasn't entirely ignored...
- Akhona (8/5): Excellent venue - Loved Olivewood rooms very spacious comfortable beautiful surroundings excellent food. Checking in was a little confusing i booked a few rooms ut was a wedding. They called me & said the money i paid was not for 4 rooms. They did realise their error and continued with no issues
- Maxine (9/5): We felt comfortable in our rooms, but would recommend to get food outside of property. - Very clean and modern rooms. Restaurant did not accommodate for allergies (even though we reached out in advance). Pool was not clean.
- Sabelo (8/5): Fun golf course - Quiet and private. Got a visit from a Nyala Accuracy of the order taking needs some improvement. Massive difference between medium rare and well done.

- Guest (9/5): We only stayed for one night en route to our main honeymoon destination. It was a great choice and great start to our ho - Beautiful, tranquil and very well kept. Thank you.
- Landela (9/5): -
- Mlokoti (10/5): -
- Luyanda (7/5): Beautiful place but buffet breakfast should be standard at a hotel. Hotel staff could use some training in customer serv - The rooms are beautiful and the wildlife on the property make it extra special I went with my daughter and nephew - one is vegan and the other doesn’t eat eggs so when breakfast is only a la carte and has very few options its quite a waste to pay for it. Rather leave the estaband have breakfast somewhere else overlooking the sea
- Patty (8/5): -
- Vuyolwethu (8/5): Great - Everything Nothing
- Anna Maria (9/5): - Rooms fantastic. Restaurant service lacking in urgency. Seeing waiters too seldom. One staff lady at the restaurant was rude and in a filthy mood when my husband asked her for milk. Not acceptable. The rest were fabulous and friendly. Could make sure the tables have salt and pepper as a matter of course
- Ashnee (9/5): Amazing short stay - Amazing place to stay when you have a function at the hotel, beautiful animals roaming the property and food is 10/10 Service is slightly slow at times but this is understandable when busy
- Paolo (1/5): - The room Everything else. There was nothing to do. They charged part of the breakfast also if included
- Annie (8/5): Lovely, even if not very peaceful - Must staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were lovely and clean Noisy noisy noisy!
The people in the rooms (multiple) next to ours were very loud and the walls are super thin!
- Phakama (8/5): - Rooms are exceptionally beautiful. Grounds are exceptionally well maintained. Gorgeous Pool area. Gym size is awesome, well equipped and gorgeous views from the gym Sliding door in room 2 didn't lock. We didnt have peaceful sleep. No help from reception over the 2 day period. Some staff in restaurant slow!! Rooms were only cleaned at 2pm after our first night, that was disappointing. It rained the day after our arrival, kids couldn't swim in the pool. When I asked if they could swim after breakfast of our departure for an hour I was told I'm no longer a guest. SHOCKING!!!!. Bath robes available at R1000 extra for a 4 star hotel, please review that. I was sharing a room with my 9 year old son which was uncomfortable without a bath robe to change etc. I still cant believe a bath robe is charged at R1000 !!!!
- Hlonelwa (9/5): - I liked that you ordered breakfast from the menu and not your typical hotel English breakfast only as an option. That was absolutely great Check in is at 2pm, and we could only check in at 3pm as the rooms were not ready... if that happens at least offer the guests a complimentary coffee/drink while they wait.

- Electra (9/5): Great staycation location - Lovely set up and the rooms are lovely and spacious. The privacy and luxury modern look
- Thando (9/5): -
- Hloniphani (10/5): -
- Geraldine (8/5): Lovely setting, with beautiful rooms. - Beautiful setting, rooms are well equipped. Loud noise from Golf Club - if I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast very disorganized.
- Kelebogile Jacques (8/5): - The place is very beautiful. The bed is too soft to a point that you can't sleep at night.
If they could change the bed the place could be a perfect 10.

- Nomandlovu (10/5): Pure bliss - Facilities. Staff. Location. Nothing
- STAMATIS (8/5): - The room was very large, beautifully decorated, very nice outdoor area and very clean. The taps in the bathroom were broken and not working properly. Also, the batteries in the TV remote were dead. I Ididn't like the excessive control at the hotel entrance and the many papers I had to fill out at the reception. Also, checkout was very early at 10:00.
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Jordaan (9/5): - Room was fantastic. Fantastuc gilf course Had bed and breakfast option which included only fruit and muesli. Had to pay for alacarte whichbwas a but odd

- Návan (8/5): Idyllic - Hotel Olivewood offers comfort, great food, wildlife sightings, and serene nature — all just minutes from the heart of East London.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohamet (8/5): Very good - The views and the staff A bit unfriendly on check in and check out times
- Aluta (8/5): Very good -
- Ethel (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great - Friendly staff and just beautiful views from our room
- Nwabisa (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing The potholes on the road leading to the hotel.
- Buntu (10/5): Brilliant - Staff was friendly. The location was secluded. The room was clean. The outside shower was inspiring. The bathroom was spacious. Animals roaming around peacefully. Overall very good. The instruction to dine at a seperate venue for breakfast must be made clear at check in.
- Siyasanga (9/5): Superb -
- Mati (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kameel (9/5): Near perfect - A really wonderful find and if we ever find ourselves in that area again we will be certain to return. This is a truly wonderful establishment. The pizza requires work and was the only thing that let the kitchen down. So, too, was the misunderstanding in instructions/requests with reception, but mostly great!
- Kwabena (9/5): Superb -
- Asanda (9/5): The hotel exceeded our expectations and staff were very friendly and accommodating. - The spaciousness of the rooms and beautiful wildlife at the premises. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our needs as we were traveling with our 3 year old daughter.
- Andile (3/5): good location terrible service - location and surroundings staff too slow. iron took 45min to reach room and waited for 50min at restaurant (fairly empty) before we had to leave to catch flight. no sense of urgency
- Stephen (10/5): A lovely place. I hghly recommend a visit. - The rooms were beautiful and very clean.
They also provided everything you need to have a lovely stay without feeling like you had to go into town to get stuff.
The estate is very beautiful. You can enjoy a walk around.
- Sharon (9/5): Aesthetically pleasing, relaxing and the service is amazing. -
- Daniels (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olebile (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Thina (8/5): Lovely - I think the hotel was good but missed some important things important for hosting like guest robes, slippers, vanity kits. I would expect them to have these sorted. Also had to request for water to be put in my room- perhaps this was an oversight. I do appreciate that they gave me an early check in! And a room closer to the bride and the groom as I was attending a wedding. This helped with making setting up easy.
- Peleka (7/5): Good - There was a wedding on the Saturday and our room was placed between the guest rooms and the wedding venue which had a lot of traffic and noise. Music was very loud in the room but at least grateful it ended at midnight.
- Lundi (8/5): Very good -
- Vuyiswa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joy (8/5): Lovely venue, primarily for golfers I assume, but I'm sure the walks would be nice. - Excellent breakfast, appreciated the ciabatta and marmalade!
But no-one offered coffee of tea......maybe we had to get it ourselves? The floor in the room wasn't clean - personally didn't like the low basin in the bathroom or the hand towel hangar, nor the bath, but the outdoor shower was fantastic in the hot weather.
- Ulrich (9/5): Superb -
- Sobekwa (6/5): Pleasant -
