• Hewan (8/5): Pleasant stay - clean, comfortable. Priced well. - Nice location. Short drive from the beach. Swimming pool was great for a quick cool down. Stairs - all the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs with no handrails.
• Claudia (10/5): Fantastische Unterkunft im beschaulichen Pringle Bay - Wir hatten zu viert einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Steenhuisie. Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung der Zimmer: unten die Wohnräume mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und oben die drei Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern. Von allen Zimmern hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf Berge und/oder das Meer in der Ferne. Die Küche bietet einen tollen Blick in den Garten. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut: es gab freies WiFi, es gab genug Geschirr und auch einen Grill, der in vorherigen Rezensionen vermisste Toaster war neu, die Betten waren bequem, und die Bettwäsche wie auch Handtücher waren offensichtlich alle neu und von guter Qualität (alles schick in weiß). Der Pool ist recht klein (Plungepool und eher tief), aber angenehm zu nutzen da solarbeheizt. Poolhandtücher gab es auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

• Christine (8/5): Good holiday home - Great location. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished. Spacious. No toaster Pool much smaller than it looks on pictures. Plunge pool.

• Leila (10/5): Exceptional - The layout of the house is beautiful. There are stunning views from the bedrooms and the fact that there are two bathrooms is a bonus. The view from the kitchen's panoramic glass window of the back garden is fabulous. The braai was not functional - I did miss this on the info provided. But a braai facility would complete the package.

• Alicia (4/5): Adequate but it was the small things that could make a huge difference - Friendly host. The view, the kitchen. Nice to have a face cloth. No toaster, WiFi but no access, garages but no access, reluctance to allow use of washing machine when it only used 0.48kWhrs even when fridge, geyser, kettle etc were in use, no hand soap or shower gel. Poor quality linen. No wine glasses. Some containers in kitchen cupboard were unwashed. Serious ant problem in kitchen, a note of warning would have helped.

We liked being anxious about seeing baboons in the area The pool is small but was perfect as we were just 4 guests. Parking was enough and spacious On route to the venue, we were informed that we required a deposit of R1000 at key handover which we weren't aware of before our arrival. Upon arrival, we were not informed of what we could and couldn't use, after using the dishwasher we had electricity issues. We also did not have the place to ourselves as the host was on the property and had access to the house through her room.
