Uwe (10/5): Einfach nur Spitze - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. - Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Arthotel Bakker auf Borkum und sind absolut begeistert. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen des Hotels ist hervorragend. Wir haben ein tolles Hotelteam kennenlernen dürfen. Hier wird die „Insellust“ (das Motto des Hotels) spürbar für den Gast gelebt. Auch die dem Hotel angeschlossene „Bakkerie“, also sozusagen das Versorgungszentrum des Hotels entspricht dem insgesamt gehobenen Angebot (hier gibt es zum Beispiel ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt). Darüber hinaus werden nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen angeboten und am Abend ausgewählte Speisen in kleinen Portionen, so dass der Gast wirklich schlemmen und genießen kann, ohne übersättigt zu werden. Wir sind einfach nur geflasht von dem tollen Gesamtpaket. Auch das Team der Bakkerie, allen voran Lisa, sind einfach nur Spitze. Wir vermissen Euch und kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder. Gönül (9/5): - Unser Zimmer war sauber, neu und wirklich schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns im Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Man erreicht das Zimmer über einen Nebeneingang. Wenn man morgens zum Frühstück möchte, muss man kurz in die Kälte. Außerdem muss man erst über die Treppe in die 1. Etage, weil es keinen Fahrstuhl hier gibt.

Anna (10/5): Traumhaft,freundlich. Immer wieder gern - Einfach ein so tolles Hotel. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man sich vorstellen kann.Das Frühstück war einmalig.So eine reichhaltige Auswahl haben wir selten gesehen.Und dazu noch das so nette Personal,alle zuvorkommend und immer behilflich. Wir sagen Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Macht weiter so!! Gar nichts!!!!
Jens (9/5): Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Moderne Ausstattung, tolles Frühstück mit sehr fleißigen und netten Mitarbeitern in der Bakkerie. Sehr empfehlenswert! Sauna ist sehr klein. Wer also Schwerpunkt auf Wellness legt, muss hier schnell sein. Acht Plätze je Zeitslot sind nicht viel. Leider wurde uns dieser Umstand erst mitgeteilt, nachdem die Ssuna vollständig ausgebucht war. Das war aber wirklich der einzige Makel.

Sandra (10/5): - Man ist im Hotel auf jeden unserer Wünsche eingegangen. Das Ambiente ist nach unserem Geschmack. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder... Das Frühstück, das man optional dazu buchen konnte. 19.50€/Person. Die Brötchen waren teilweise vom Vortag aufgetoastet. Das Brot war aufgeschnitten und teilweise schon recht trocken. Das Rührei hatte aufgrund der Wärmelampe eine harte Kruste und war schon recht trocken. Die Käse und Wurst Auswahl erinnerte an Lidl oder Aldi. Das Frühstück passte von der Qualität nicht zum hochwertigen Ambiente der Frühstückslokalitat. Das war schade.

Susanne (7/5): Schön, mit Abstrichen. - Sehr sauber, sehr modern & gemütlich eingerichtet, Zimmer sind schallisoliert Zimmer war Richtung Straße und Anlieferung. 07:00 morgens wurde man durch die Anlieferungen geweckt. Bei dem hohen Unterkunftspreis ist die hauseigene Sauna nicht mit enthalten. Pro Saunagang & Person werden 10€ fällig. An der Rezeption gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine. Da könnte man annehmen, dass das dann wenigstens im Preis inbegriffen ist. Aber auch da muss man zusätzlich zahlen. Es gibt nun in der Bakkerie die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken. Leider sind zu wenig Plätze und es ist alles sehr beengt, vorallem um die Buffetstation. Hinzu kommt, dass auch Hotelfremde dort frühstücken können. Dann wird in das übervolle Frühstücksrestaurant noch Externe reingesetzt. Und wenn dann hoteleigene Gäste gekommen sind, mussten sie ewig warten bis wieder Plätze frei wurden. Das ist mega schlecht organisiert.
Sven (9/5): Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft - Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel was ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann. Auch wenn ich noch so angestrengt nachdenke, finde ich nichts Negatives. Das nächstes mal wieder. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas weich. Würde ich aber grundsätzlich nicht als negativ bewerten.

Bettina (9/5): Wenn Borkum, dann Arthotel Bakker - Das Hotelkonzept hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und verfügte über einen Balkon. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur auf Wunsch. Diesen konnte mal mittels Türschild kommunizieren. Auch ohne Reinigungswunsch konnte man in bestimmten Serviceräumen seine Handtücher tauschen oder fehlendes Toilettenpapier ersetzen. Im Zimmer stand eine (Glas)Wasserflasche, die man im Erdgeschoss des Hotels jederzeit kostenlos auffüllen konnte. Gegen Bezahlung waren ein Kaffeeautomat und ein Snackautomat nutzbar. Frühstück gab es „außer Haus“ in der Bakkerie nebenan. Das Angebot war umfangreich und wurde stets frisch nachgefüllt. Auch die Mitarbeiter der Bakkerie waren alle sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Einzig der Blick vom Balkon auf ein Vordach war jetzt nicht so toll. Aber das ist in Summe auf hohem Niveau „gejammert“.

Marlies (9/5): Gerne wieder - Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas weich. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Und das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Die optionale Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch ist ein sinnvoller Beitrag zum Umweltschutz Es war nicht möglich einen Bademantel auszuleihen, wenn man die Sauna nicht genutzt hat. Mark (10/5): - Ich kann dieses hotel einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Von anfang bis ende hat alkes reibungslos geklappt. Die zimmer sind sehr luxuriös, Personal sehr freundlich und von der lage her auch perfekt.

Manuel (9/5): Cozily modern island retreat - Loved the pleasant stay from start to finish — great check-in experience, lovely service throughout, very well-designed (modern, sleek, cozy) and in a great location. It was great to have a refillable water bottle for a Brita tap, umbrella in room, and access to all the amenities. Only minor thing was the cupboard at the end of the bed in room W10 which prevented me from stretching out.
