• Nolan (8/5): - For me, location is one of the most important aspects of a hotel, and this one nailed it. It was just 10–15 minutes from the airport, right next to the riverfront and night market, and within a 10–15 minute walk of many other points of interest in the city. My room was pretty good and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast served every morning was also solid. A few minor negatives, however: I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong, but I never got warm or hot water in the shower. It wasn’t a huge deal since it was brutally hot outside every day, but it still would’ve been nice to have the option. Also, the A/C unit was positioned directly over the bed — it felt great at first but became a bit overwhelming quickly have so much cold air blasting on me. Was waking up with colds and stuffy noses .. so I had to turn it off until it was getting hot again. That’s all the negatives for me though. Overall, the hotel was solid and definitely a worthy option to consider in Vientiane.

• Robert (9/5): I'd stay here again - Considering that this hotel is priced at the lower end of the market, breakfast was an unexpectedly large and well presented buffet. I think I've managed to post a photo on here. Location is good, its only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the riverside night market or a 5 minute walk the other way up to the main shopping area.
• Tony (6/5): Noise noise and more noise - Noise from within the hotel from 6am. The cleaners for some reason sweep and mop the floors and generally bang about. Also noise from other rooms loud as no soundproofing on doors etc. Plus the elevator motor makes loud banging noises every time it starts and stops.

• Raymond-Marc (2/5): Hotel moyen service deplorable - La situation géographique Le petit déjeuner est de piètre qualité, seul l expresso est à la hauteur. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et notre chambre n à pas été nettoyée. Nous avons eu un problème de transport et le gérant a refusé de passer un appel local, nos cartes sim ne le permettant pas ; il nous à dit que ça coûtait trop cher ! Nous avons proposé de l indemniser, il a refusé encore. Cet hôtel ne doit pas être tenu par des laotiens qui eux sont accueillants et serviables. Ou alors c est comme ca dans la capitale. A éviter

Da es viele Lampen gab, konnte man verschiedene Lichtstimmungen im Zimmer erleben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn man so Wünsche hatte wie Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett helfen Sie weiter. Das WLAN funktioniert es sehr gut . Das Frühstück war warm und kalt und an sich Variantenreich. für Vegetarier gab es nicht so viele Optionen. Zwischen meinem und dem Nachbarzimmer war eine Tür, durch die ich meinen Nachbarn niesen hören konnte. Und auch wenn er morgens um 4:30 Uhr den Fernseher anmachte. Ansonsten aber gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

• Maribel (7/5): Spoilt at the end. - I liked the location and the service of some staff, in particular the breakfast staff. I was very embarrassed when at check out the counter staff publicly stated that a glass was missing from the room and that I needed to pay for it. I had forgotten that the bathroom glass had slipped from basin and indeed broken. I explained what had happened and they insisted that I pay $3US for it. I didn’t have that currency so offered the Thai Bht I had. I was about 20bht short and he made a big deal about that!!!! Luckily someone listening offered to pay it. Very embarrassing and unnecessary situation. It was a cheap glass worth no more than 50cents! What a disappointing way to finish our 3 day stay. One rotten apple with no idea of public relations spoilt all the wonderful work of rest of staff.

Good location close to riverfront market but far enough away to not be noisy. Despite its name, The hotel is not on the water’s edge — which is a good thing. Night market is fun, has locals and tourists. For dinner we walked along the river for about 20-30 minutes, heading away from town from the end of the market, ended up at awesome Kong View Restaurant and watched sunset. Excellent food and Bev and nature. Go to the hotel roof — awesome view. Bedside tables appear to open up for 2 drawers. But they in reality do not open! There is a top surface. No instructions on the safe. Staffer came up to teach us upon phone request You will need absolutely crisp and recent USD notes if that’s your plan. Some notes we purchased in Thai bank, which looked perfect to us, were deemed unsuitable. They take VISA cards.

• Alexander (9/5): Ein Hotel, welches man für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Vientiane jderzeit weiterempfehlen kann. - Wir haben uns die paar Tage, welche wir in Vientiane verbracht haben, rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren Spitze, das kleine Frühstücksbuffet voll und ganz ausreichend und die Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fussläufig oder mit Tuktuk schnell zu erreichen.

On the other side of the river are great places for sunset viewing, breakfast or a night drink. The beds are also very comfortable. We even got breakfast clos to the stay, but we were not quite sure how it works. The Necessities could be a bit better like, Toothbrush 🪥, toothpaste...

Every little details and the facilities is so worth it, from the clean room to the soft bed, i love it! There are so many breakfast options to choose from and u even get to eat Pho which is absolutely delicious. I need to mention how their coffee beans are so fresh and organic. Importantly, the staffs here are super friendly and they’ll greet you every single time. If i have another opportunity to visit Laos again, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again!
