• Elizabeth (3/5): Canterbury accommodation - Parking. Room was clean with nice bedding. Shared bathroom & upstairs. I made enquiries if an ensuite, tea making facility & tv in the room. Shared kitchen, smells of spicy food cooking. We did not stay. Have not received any response to my complaints. ☹️

• Leanne (1/5): Double booked! Not happy - Nothing They double booked so we had no where to stay on a Saturday night having travelled down from London.

• Mopipi (2/5): Host not responsive and we bathed with cold water just because host was not telling us wat to do to get hot water. Not n - Location accessible to shops and food, and cool Room was too small not enough space even for our luggage.Not very clean and after it was supposedly.being cleaned we had a charger missing. We did not enjoy our stay at all
• Angelique (6/5): Would stay againe - Nice friendly people staying there..lovly bathroom.good shower ..a lounge clean ..a garden well kept ..easy to get in .comfortable bed ..very handy kitchen freezer fridge ..sink .all good thankyou .and parking good Ha ha ..well I did.nt get the room I booked ..no tea and coffee. So that was a big lie ..quite a few flies ..so not good . But would stay againe ..suggest a down staires toilet

• Madam (1/5): Bad - Nothing Room was very hot, had a very strange smell, and the window cannot only be fully opened, the fan was not working, the toilette and the shower was very dirty with piss stain on the seat, and to end with its noisy even at 4 am cuz the wall is so thing you can hear clearly neighbours watching videos

• Gordon (6/5): Pleasant - The owners were really nice people. The bed was comfortable and we had access to cooking facilities. We were not provided any information about arrival and check-in. When we arrived, we rang the owner, who was uncontactable at the time. Fortunately we were let in by a young man who I believe was the owner's nephew. Another couple arrived shortly after us and had a similar experience. There was too much interaction between owners and their family with the guests. I am sure they mean well and they will improve. A touch more professionalism would help. I think they have a good facility and will make it work.
• Cris (7/5): Good to stay 🙂 - The property is good for the price. The room was a bit small but clean. The house has 4 bedrooms, and overall, everything was well-maintained. However, one of the bathrooms wasn’t very clean, possibly due to other guests using it. Despite that, the house was tidy, and the atmosphere was quiet—Good enough to sleep and for relaxation.

• Peterandkamann (7/5): It was fine for a bed for the night but not what we would choose if we wanted to stay for a week. - Property and rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy with towels provided. Facilities were good and one of the rooms had a hairdryer which is a plus. Also had a large TV in the sitting room. We booked expecting bed and breakfast but in actual fact it was a bed for the night with kitchen facilities. There was no information providing wi-fi access.

• Vicky (5/5): It was cheap but you get what you pay for!! I will not return. - It was a good price and handy for an early morning ferry. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children expecting a family room. It was just a double bed. The owner did get us a single mattress for the floor though. The other people staying there were very inconsiderate - noisy and messy! We had the downstairs room which had clear glass panels next to the door therefore there was no privacy and the light came in! We had to block it by squeezing pillows in between the frame. The second toilet was unusable because the lock was on the outside not the inside!!
