Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

I paid $546 for a one-night stay and was surprised that linen wasn’t provided—something you’d expect as a basic. It was mentioned under ‘Things to know,’ but still feels odd to book a place to sleep without sheets. Only two small toilet rolls for four adults also felt stingy for the price.

We had a fantastic stay and very pet friendly They need a light outside where the BBQ area is. We couldn't play board games outside due to poor lighting

It made to whole weekend so special Mum used to take to Ventnor in the old days Nice quiet and lovely place. The shower on the deck Great idea 💡 ever thing works I got my YouTube account on tv Maybe another toilet only thing I can think of.

- Heather (8/5): Bayview Beauty - The location and privacy of the property. Close to the beach for a walk. The only negative is that we couldn't use the oven as the door does not close properly and it would be great with a 2nd toilet as we were family of 4, with 2 teenagers.
- Emma (9/5): Perfect House for weekend getaway with our fur baby - Location was great, just a stroll to the dog friendly beach which was lovely. House is well equipped, beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, especially as your fur babies are welcome. Fully fenced with a nice small garden to the front and furnished deck to the back. Wood burner was lovely for cosy evenings relaxing with a glass of wine! Will definitely re book for another break. Everything was perfect for our stay. I guess if we needed to use the other bedrooms, with no proper heating, they are cold in the cooler months.

It is also perfectly situated to a dog friendly beach. The property is well managed and has everything that you could potentially need for your holiday. The back deck needs a light but other than that it had some beautiful sunsets to see and enjoy.
