Guest Reviews
- MattCatt (10/5): Great cottage - Style, roomyness, warmth, ambience. No microwave , no dishcloths, no scourers
- Gordon (3/5): Quaint cottage in great location. Cottage needs money spent on plumbing & electrics. - Great location in authentic Newlyn. Factor in parking cost when budgeting. Water leak. Reported but not fixed or actioned. Wet kitchen. Suspect wiring including one potentially dangerous diy extension. Cupboard with gas combination boiler damp & smelly. Rotten floor boards painted over. (Possibly from bathroom leak)

- Bob (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Crabpot Cottage to others - A very homely, clean and well decorated cottage The absence of a microwave; the uneven steps particularly upstairs (my wife needs to us a walking stick)
- Amanda (8/5): A wonderful week in Newlyn. - I liked the cottage. It was very characterful and comfortable. The wood burner and sitting room was warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable. I liked the bathroom with the seaside details and the deep, antique bath. Close to Newlyn village with food and artisan shops. Liked the Tolcarne Inn for a roast, the nearby cafe, antique shop and the cinema. The co op was very near for provisions and the sea bass, mackerel pate and prawns bought at the local fish market was outstanding ! I didn’t like the fragrant diffuser. The duvet was too hot.
- Jill (7/5): Good - Good position. Nicely decorated. The bathroom door didn't close.
The main bedroom window didn't open.
In the small bedroom, the front of the under bed drawer is falling off.
Bathroom - no soap dish or similar to use in the bath and no shelves to put toiletries. The only surface to put anything was the toilet!
- Rowthorn (10/5): Super Cool Cottage - The location is great. So close to the Fish Market, beach and independent cafes and coffee shops plus the Co-Op so I didnt have to drive to get provisions! . Cottage itself super cool and a real treat to have a free standing bath. Very quiet too. The soft furnishings were sumptious and bed very comfortable. Nothing
