• Catherine (9/5): Great stay! - Very clean and comfortable. Easy and helpful communication with host. Easy check in an out. Easy parking. Nothing. A corkscrew, cheese grater and large pasta pot would have been handy, but we managed.

• Young Rob (9/5): Great place to stay in Blyth - Spacious with great amenities, all that we needed. Shops nearby and short walk to restaurants. Appreciated having washing machine and dryer. Excellent having park outside door. Beds great. Highly recommend a visit to Beamish Museum while in Blyth. Minor but inconvenient, 4 cups for 6 guests. None of us could get the showers cold enough, hard to adjust to suit.
• Terri Raven Scott (10/5): - Clean and very spacious rooms. Lots of storage and amazing kitchen area Great location a short walk to the town centre, local park with great coffee shop and to the beach. Nothing at all.

• Anne (10/5): - Comfy, nicely decorated, and we'll-equipped with everything you need. Parking outside property, short walk to restaurant, takeaways, and shops. Good location to visit the North East. Nothing to dislike.
• Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - The house was lovely and big . Very clean and great location for what we needed . Cleaning materials were left too which was brilliant as I usually forget something. The only gripe I have is in two of the bedrooms were big enough for a king-size bed and I think they need them as the doubles were quite tight .

• Van (10/5): Thank You Stephanie! - We liked that there were everything we needed such as well equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms, we liked that it was very easy to find parking outside. Extra towels in the cupboards if we needed, extra toilet rolls provided. Everything we need to clean or cook. Comfortable beds, duvet and pillows. Very nicely decorated. Lots of storage space. Spacious for the kids to run around. Stephanie was very polite, helpful and responded very quickly - however had mostly left us to enjoy her home which we deeply appreciated. Great location - very quiet, there is also a newsagent 2minutes walk away. Asda, lidl and other stores that is useful for food etc were very close by. Mc donalds close by too. The kids enjoyed the house and did not want to return to London, however due to school we had to go. House rules were very easy and reasonable. We had a lovely time! Thank you for having us! It was very clean, overall 9.5/10 cleanliness Everything else 10 Great place to stay and we highly recommend it! Just 1 tiny little fault - not too much of a big deal. There were a little bit of sand on the main room floor. The kids pointed it out as I was alright, I had home slippers on at all times but they didn't want to bring theirs and said their feet had sand all over. Aside from that, everything was clean and had no other issues. It was overall an excellent stay.

• Cjs_1992 (10/5): Fantastic Family Trip - Excellent stay, we booked this last minute as the place we were originally staying wasn't up to standard. Hosts were super quick at responding and, after I explained the reason for booking, kindly gave us the ability to check in early. 3 spacious bedrooms with a smart TV in each, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs along with a small downstairs shower / toilet off the main living room and a large bathroom with separate bath and shower upstairs. Living room had a comfy sofa with a large TV and a dining table which would comfortably seat 6. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. There were WiFi issues when we arrived at the property but this was through no fault of the hosts and they had already raised the issue with the internet company and were waiting for an engineer to attend and resolve. This stay was with my parents and my 5 year old son and was perfectly located for all the areas we wanted to visit. Will definitely be back if we holiday this way again! Nothing
• Elizabeth (8/5): Lovely house and excellent value - We had a fantastic weekend stay. It was the perfect location for visiting Alnick Castle and Beamish, being about the same distance from each. The property is beautifully finished and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms are fabulous! The kitchen was lovely too, and plenty of storage/fridge space. The cutlery could do with an update though, as the handles are all very wobbly! The wifi wasn’t working, but this was addressed very quickly once raised (though couldn’t be fixed, unfortunately, as it was a technical fault with the fibre). My only other comment is that the key box is really hard to open, to the point I thought the code didn’t work initially! However, overall, this really is a gem and incredibly good value - we had a great stay and would book again without hesitation. Thanks!
• Toni (9/5): Gorgeous home would 100% stay here again. - Lovely home with excellent size rooms. Smart TVs in every room. My kids want to move in. 2 laundry tabs available for use, much appreciated, thank you. I washed up cups and plates before using, having found a cup that looked like it had been someone's favourite for the last year but came out clean with a scrub. Only 4 cups, 5 set dinner plates/breakfast bowl, being a house that comfortably accommodates 6, it would be logical to supply at least that many cups/plates/cutlery etc.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect house. - The house is in immaculate condition. Done up to a very high standard. Super clean and tidy with everything you need. The kitchen is lovely and the bedrooms are huge with plenty of storage space. Conveniently placed plug sockets for easy charging of phones etc by bedside tables. Each room has a tv. Overall beautiful house. Nothing.
