• Jo aus Hannover (8/5): Große Wohnung mit Aussicht, leise - Die Lage und der geniale Blick aus der Wohnung haben uns über den renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand der Wohnung getröstet. Unglaublich leise! Keine Weingläser, keine Geschirrhandtücher oder Abwaschlappen

• Sandra (7/5): Tres bien! - L’emplacement géographique est génial avec une vue superbe. L’endroit aurait cependant besoin d’un peu de rénovation et amélioration au goût du jour. Carlos est très réactif et répond vite à nos demandes. Pas simple d’entrer dans le bâtiment quand on arrive. Il manquait des linges pour la vaisselle et aucun épice.

• Luis Verna (10/5): Excelente - Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación, estás a nada de la Catedral y la Giralda, muy cerca del Guadalquivir, medios de transporte y si vas en coche tiene un parking pegado, no vuela una mosca y lo bonito del apartamento, creería que las fotos no le hacen justicia ya que es más amplio de lo que parece (y lógicamente más bonito una vez que estás allí). La vista desde las ventanas es muy bonita, tanto de día como de noche. La cama era súper cómoda y el piso tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía corta o larga. La persona con la que siempre hemos estado en contacto (Carlos) ha sido súper amable y cordial en todo. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo, siempre a disposición, contestando rápidamente a los mensajes e incluso adelantándose a cualquier cosa que pudiésemos llegar a necesitar y ofreciendo recomendaciones de lugares para ir a comer y demás. Que nuestra estadía no haya podido ser más larga.

• huankai (8/5): - The guesthouse is in a great location, within walking distance of the surrounding attractions. The house signage would be clearer for guests, and also, the circuit breaker tripped twice while we were boiling eggs. The electrical system should be checked.

• MURIEL (10/5): - Notre séjour dans cet appartement a purement été fantastique. Le logement était super confortable et très bien situé dans un quartier tranquille et vraiment très proche de la cathédrale, de la Giralda, de la Torre de Oro et du Guadalquivir . Séville est une ville magnifique et les Sévillans forts sympathiques et très accueillants. Je quitte Séville le coeur gros comme à chacune de mes visites . Nous séjournerons dans le même appartement lors de notre prochain séjour car nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous . La machine à café avec des dosettes à disposition était la cerise sur le gâteau 😊 Rien ne nous à déplu dans le logement. Il était super confortable .Si j'avais des suggestions à faire, ce serait de placer un boudin pour minimiser l'écart visibl , situé sous la bas de porte qui pourrait effrayer les personnes anxieuses par le passages d'éventuels visiteurs 😁😅
• Chiara (10/5): Uno sguardo magico su tutta Siviglia. 🇪🇸 🌆🌅 - La struttura ha una posizione perfetta. Circondata da locali per colazione, pranzo e cena. Vicina alle vie dello shopping e negozi per l’acquisto di souvenir. Appartamento situato all’interno di palazzo con annessa portineria, molto sicuro, soprattutto se si viaggia in coppia o gruppi di sole ragazze. Appartamento avente tutti i comfort. Vista mozzafiato all’alba e al tramonto sui monumenti principali che svettano su Siviglia. Consiglio assolutamente!
• Ekin (9/5): mükemmel konumda, iki kişi veya küçük çocuklu çift için ideal - Konumu mükemmeldi. herşeyi ortasında olduğumuz için her yere yürüdük. heme bitişik binada kocaman bir el Corte ingles süpermarketi bulunduğu için alışveriş yapıp evde kahvaltı, meyve, atıştırmalık tüketebildik. daire büyüklüğü iyiydi. kızımın online pilates dersleri bile aksamadı yere mat rahat serip rahat rahat yapabileceği boş alan vardı. camları açamadık. havalandırmayı klima ile sağlamak gerekiyor. çöpü nereye ve ne zaman atacağımızı bulamadık. bina dışında konteyner yok, bu konuda daire içine bir yönlendirme metni konursa iyi olur.

• Rabih (10/5): A home away from home - The location is wonderful! Easy to walk everywhere, the view is lovely and we loved waking up to the sound of church bells every day. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. We appreciated having access to a washer and drying rack! The building itself is clean, safe and smoke free. The communication with the owner was efficient and clear, and we could reach Patricia at any time if we had any questions. They even sent us a video to show us how to find the place and check in. We loved our stay! While clean, the place could use a little dusting. We would have appreciated an iron to go with the ironing board

• Jessica (9/5): Amazing view and amazing apartment! - EVERYTHING! Great location, very clean roomy and spacious. Quiet from outside noise but centrally located! AMAZING VIEW! Slightly annoying to get to place from street side but not a big issue.

A little confusion about our arrival which the host did a great job taking care of. No internet! We worked around it without much trouble, but it could be a deal-breaker for some people.

• Rafiza (5/5): Far from satisfactory, my stay was disappointing :( - The location is excellent, conveniently situated next to a shopping mall. The water pressure in the shower was extremely poor, barely a 2/10. The electricity tripped more than 10 times a day, which was very inconvenient. The pillows were mouldy and unhygienic, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing, falling short of expectations. The host requested payment via an external link instead of using the saved card on Booking.com, which felt unprofessional and insecure. Due to these inconveniences, I decided to book another hotel.
