- MattD1976 (8/5): A simple staycation - The room was exceptionally clean, and the location was convenient to Taipa area. The restaurant attached MEP Bistro was fantastic (food and cocktails) The air-conditioner was super noisy, and there was no water pressure in the shower. I thought the image of the triple room was larger on the website.

The location is amazing with all the main sightseeing in walkable distance and excellent public bus connections. The breakfast is cheap and decent. I will definitely come back to this Hotel on our next Macau visit. The breakfast might be challenging for Western guests, but my kids liked the dumplings very much. Still, I'm going to have breakfast in a nearby café next time :)

Also, we had issues with the AC that did not had English instruction, it was impossible to turn it of. Bed was a bit small and not very confortable.

- Kayoko (8/5): 便利に使えるホテルで良かった。 - 到着が伝えていたよりもかなり遅くなったがきちんと対応してもらえた。 また徒歩圏内に世界遺産がたくさんあって便利だった。 鏡のあるところが暗くて化粧するのが難しかった。
- Thi My et Jean Christophe (7/5): Un hôtel très bien placé à deux pas de la vieille ville - L’emplacement (près de la vieille ville, du terminal de bus et des casinos), la propreté et le côté soigné de la chambre Nous avons moins aimé la décoration de la chambre et la vue sur un mur! Pour un rapport qualité-prix global moyen. Le point vraiment négatif est l’attitude du personnel de la réception à notre arrivée qui a refusé 4 cartes bancaires ( de 4 comptes différents) sous prétexte qu’elles ne marchaient pas pour nous imposer un paiement cash en HK dollars, de plus pour une somme bien plus élevée que celle prévue par Booking.

Resultado, tener que cambiar en una casa de cambio y pagar 20 euros de comisión al ser lo único disponible cerca

- Yuliya (4/5): Отличное расположение, но не комфортно - Удобное расположение в центре Макао, очень хорошее расположение! Номер красиво оформлен в китайском стиле, НО весь прокурен. Окна выходят на стену соседнего дома. Номер был на 4м этаже, хотя в букинге бронировали на высоком этаже с 7 по 10, чтобы был вид на город. На просьбу поменять номер персонал удивился, что в бронировании вообще указан этаж. Не поменяли, не извинились. Завтрак восточный, но в целом неплохой, голодными не останетесь. Слишком высокая цена для отеля такого уровня. В номере в ванной бегал таракан, это очень неприятно. В целом отель произвел впечатление "уставшего" и перегруженного постояльцами, очереди на ресепшн, персонал перегружен. Рекомендую не более, чем на одну ночь, и то, если нет ничего другого.

- Вячеслав (10/5): Заказ такси персоналом отеля. - Прекрасная кровать и белье. Персонал профи. По первой просьбе продлили проживание в отеле на 6 часов, что очень помогло в дождливый день.

- Daniel (8/5): - Good location, in the middle of Macau. Very nice and helpful staff (no problem with leaving my suitcase at the hotel for the rest of the day after checkout). Room was clean, beds comfortable. Room was very small and even the water provided in the room was not included in the price. The room looked better in the pictures.
