• Annalisa (6/5): Casa in posizione comoda, ma non interamente come nella descrizione - Casa in ottima posizione, vicina al murales di Keith Hairing, diversi locali bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze e supermercati molto comodi. È vicinissima alla stazione (5 min a piedi) e a meno di mezz’ora a piedi dalla Torre. Molto facile il check in e il check out senza bisogno di contatto con terzi. Nell’inserzione veniva mostrata principalmente la parte di casa “ristrutturata”, cioè quella delle due camere doppie, del soggiorno e del bagno. Invece non era stato fotografato il secondo bagno, che è veramente piccolo e poco funzionale (doccino al muro senza un vano doccia, impossibile da usare). La camera singola era abbastanza sporca, con la presa vicino al comodino staccata dal muro e con le coperte per il letto ritrovate nel porta scarpe. La cucina aveva uno sportello rotto ed era sporca, non c’erano tazzine e altri utensili. La macchinetta del caffè non andava. C’era in generale in casa puzza di muffa.
• Rom (8/5): - Nice big apartment, good for 5 people. The location is rather quiet but close to the center and the train station. Very good communication with the owner, who let us check-in earlier and was very responsive to our messages. Very good air conditioners in most rooms. I think it could be cleaner. The floors weren't recently cleaned in our opinion, but nothing really bad. Also I'd appreciate some soap in the dispensers for hand washing and maybe dish soap.
• Bibi (10/5): Amazing and comfortable - We were a family of 5 and stayed at this property. It was very comfortable. It is in an amazing location and it is a nice walk to the Pisa Tower.

• Krassimir (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location for travelling by train and close to the city centre. A bit noisy from the main street side but the opposite side was fine.
• Susan (9/5): Superb - Good accommodation in a good location. If we had been sent the entry instructions before we arrived it would have been easier but they were sent when we phoned on arrival so no big problem.

• Diane (9/5): A very nice apartment, perfectly positioned both for exploring the city and escaping to peace & quiet - Very homely and welcoming, the decor is lovely, it was a lovely apartment to come back to after a long day exploring. Very comfortable beds, a great shower, everything you could need in the kitchen The key needed a little persuasion to open the door. We didn’t know this when we arrived very late at night so were panicking a little bit Roberta was there on the phone straight away to help us.
