- Rebecca (8/5): We do love this place so much that we will come again, just maybe not in single digit temps… - We love this farmhouse so much. It is roomy, homey and cozy. Family can come from all over and visit. The kids brought a game system, there are yoga mats, some toys… if weather allows you can spend time outside. The spacious eat in kitchen is modestly equipped for basic food prep. This space is one of the best features for our family! We created a large charcuterie counter for lunch one day. Larger saucepans for soups, etc… would be a really good addition, as well as some metal mixing bowls. The owner was quick to respond to a need. We could have sat and talked to him a good while. The setting is so quiet and peaceful. We also discovered close by a great nursery with a fantastic boutique gardening vibe… just adding to the already positive experience. Our third stay, however it was our first winter stay and it was COLD. Single digit temps challenged the heating system. It IS an old farmhouse out in the country. We were able to work thru it and enjoyed our short time together so much.

- jennifer (10/5): Beautiful, Serene country home. - Beautifully renovated farm house in the country . Very quiet and peaceful. Very large and plenty of room for lots of people. Comfortable beds. Stairs are very steep and difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues.
- Hamilton (10/5): Great place! Lots of room ! Hope to rent it again next year! -
- Penny (10/5): Exceptional - The home was beautiful and Host was great.
- Matthew (10/5): We loved the quiet, rustic experience and hope to come back sometime with our children! - We loved the beautiful house - the kitchen, the living room with the Christmas tree lit when we arrived, the bedrooms were each unique and well equipped, the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfast - very well appointed. We loved sitting in the evening by the Christmas tree in one of the most beautiful living rooms we've ever been in! Everything was spotless - nothing to gross us out. = ) We loved how quiet and secluded the house and property are. Nice hot shower! The only thing was figuring out how to work the thermostat. It was cold in some rooms and perfect in others. It was also December in an old farmhouse, so it's understandable.
- Cathy (10/5): The property is out in the country, plenty of privacy yet still just five miles from restaurants. - It is a charming log cabin in a farmhouse.
- Tamara (10/5): I would highly recommend this place!! It worked out for us that everything we were doing wasn’t that far of a drive. - It was beautiful, clean, lots of room, so peaceful and quiet!!
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (9/5): We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful stay!! - We loved the peaceful, quiet location just a few miles outside of Ashland. It was a farmhouse with surrounded by trees. Very nice to sit out back and enjoy the quiet. Lots of space inside, too. Freezer challenge, but the host did try to rememdy the situation by making a portable freezer available.
