• Mariusz (10/5): Pobyt przekroczył oczekiwania. - Rewelacyjny obiekt z niepowtarzalnym klimatem. Przemiły i uczynny gospodarz. Dom ogromy ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Wygodne łóżka. Czystość - nie na 100% ale w tym przypadku absolutnie w niczym to nie przeszkadzało. Stosunek ceny do oferowanej usługi REWELACJA. Blisko sklepy, przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Długo by pisać o zaletach - trzeba to miejsce odwiedzić. Polecam z całego serca.

• Masoumeh (9/5): - Das Haus war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Es hatte eine einzigartige, fast magische Atmosphäre, die einen direkt in vergangene Zeiten versetzt hat. Überall gab es wunderschöne, alte und außergewöhnliche Gegenstände – fast wie ein kleines Museum, besonders mit der beeindruckenden Schmetterlingssammlung. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, in einem kleinen historischen Schloss zu wohnen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Zoli war ein äußerst freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber für uns war das kein Problem, da wir ein Auto hatten. Außerdem ist die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut – Metro- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in der Nähe.

• Kathy (9/5): - We were a party of six and we loved it. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay great, He also left a birthday gift and put up birthday decorations for my Birthday which was very good of him. Everything was provided for us,there was nothing we needed. Nothing.
• Alina (10/5): Чудесно и незабываемо! - Очень необычная энергетика в хорошем смысле, дом с историей, который удивляет. Дом находится на тихой улице, которая охраняется и абсолютно безопасна, можно не закрывать дверь на ключ. Мы были зимой, было много снега. Сказка! Каждый день жарили мясо на терассе, рядом с заснеженными елями. Комфорт во всем был обеспечен. Магазины, супермаркеты в пешей доступности. Большое спасибо хозяевам, которые отнеслись к нам с большим вниманием и заботой . Спасибо за комплемент от хозяина в виде прекрасного венгерского вина и десерта, а также за его интересную экскурсию. От души рекомендуем всем этот милый дом и сами приедем еще с большим удовольствием. Далековато от центра, но нас это не смущало. Есть некоторые недостатки для слишком требовательных, но о них не хочеться говорить, так как дом дарит только позитив.

• Vuk (9/5): - Zaista unikatna vila sa retko viđenim sadržajima zbirkama leptirova geološkim materijalom i ukrasima iz celog sveta zaista fascinantno za živeti i gledati Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan na početku i kasnije malo sporiji na odgovorima na poruke i ono što mi je bio problem što su stražnja vrata bila otvorena i kad smo bili odsutni inače rešio nam je problem sa nestankom struje tako da sve u svemu preporučujemo

• Mirri (9/5): - Absolútne jedinečné ubytovanie! Prespali sme v priestoroch bývalého múzea – atmosféra je nenapodobiteľná a okamžite cítiť, že toto miesto má dušu. Izby boli čisté, pohodlné, presne tak, ako človek potrebuje po dni plnom objavovania Budapešti. Každý detail je premyslený a cítiť, že sa hostia naozaj počítajú. Lokácia je perfektná – pokojná, ale zároveň v blízkosti všetkého, čo mesto ponúka. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola rýchla, príjemná a veľmi ústretová. Odporúčame toto ubytovanie každému, kto chce zažiť niečo iné a zároveň komfortné – my sme si pobyt užili naplno a určite sa sem vrátime! 🌟

• Wy (10/5): - A unique place with a unique energy. My friends and I really liked this accommodation. We experienced something different. Even though the accommodation is further from the city center (a quiet and safe part of town), the tram and metro connections are excellent. The owner is very pleasant and hospitable, always willing to help. Probably the nicest guest we've had with far. Thank you, Zoli — we will definitely be happy to come back.
• David (10/5): Villa Butterfly is a gem! - Zoli was the perfect host, touring us all around the amazing fossils and butterflies that are all over the place. Fascinating stuff, and just blocks away from trams and busses. Having a full kitchen and laundry were super handy.

• Nikoletta (10/5): Megèri elmenni. Már csak 1 èjszakára is. A tulajdonos vègig vezet mindenen. Akár túra vezetőkènt is dolgozhatna annyira - Ez egy igazi múzeum!! :)) Minden pontja egy csoda. A tulajdonos szemèlyesen mutatja be.
• Melanie (10/5): - Wir waren von der Unterkunft rund um begeistert und können sie nur jedem wärmsten weiterempfehlen! Sie bietet wahnsinnig viel Komfort (Kamin, Infrarotkabine, Grill, Kicker, Dart,...), wunderschöne Räume (jeder mit eigenem Charm!), tolle Balkone. Auch die Lage empfanden wir als sehr angenehm: Metro und Tram sind fußläufig erreichbar. Großes Lob auch an den Besitzer, der uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt ermöglichte!

• Abdulla (10/5): كرم الضيافة اللامحدود - المضيف كان ودودا جدا استقبل عائلتي بكل رحب واستقبلنا المكان بالعصير والشوكولاته للأطفال وكذلك الايسكريم الذي اعده بنفسه، وقام بشرح جميع الأمور الخاصة بالسكن الفيلا كانت تستخدم سابقا كمتحف للفراشات .. ومازال كلشي موجود في المكان كما هو، وقد قام المضيف بشرح مفصل عن تاريخ هذا المتحف وتفاصيل الموجودات وذلك بعد اخذ إذن مسبقا لإتاحة الفرصة للشرح .. وقد استمتع أبنائي بهذا الشرح وكأنهم فعلا في المتحف وقد كان يتبادل الاسئلة مع أبنائي باعطائهم فرصة للتفكير والنقاش وقد استمتعوا كثيرا مع أسلوبه الشيق انه شيء جديد بالنسبة لنا بان نعيش في مكان اثري وأنتيك يتوفر في السكن جميع الاحتياجات اللازمة حتى اقل التفاصيل سواء لوازم المطبخ والقهوة ولوازم الحمام والغسيل .. لا تحتاج إلى شئ سوى ان تحضر ملابسك وتسكن في منزلك بكل أريحية. كل شيء كان جيد

Finally, I couldn't see the owner at checkout timing and miss greeting. I would have to say thank you directly!

• Ida (10/5): A mansion full of surprises - We loved the house, which surprises you in every corner. It was like we were immersed in a Night at the Museum or even one of Indiana Jones movies. We loved it as much as the kids did. But, we loved the host even more, as he gave us such a wonderful introducrion to the house, with great stories on the origin of displays, as well as personal stories behind them. He was warm, interesting, with great sense of humour, but never intrusive or too intense. It is worth mentioning that the villa also has a large backyard with a large terrace, a sauna and a small swiimming pool. A memorable experience alltogether. Warm recommendations!

• Romana (10/5): Exceptional - This was not just any accommodation, it was an accommodation with special experiences. The furnishing of the villa was very nice and comfortable, it felt like home. The host was very nice and attentive, his delicious ice cream is a special memory. The location of the house is a short walk from the tram station in a quiet residential area. It was three stops on the metro, we were in the centre of Budapest in about 30 minutes from the house. The shops (Lidl, Spar) are also a short walk away. I recommend to everyone who likes accommodation that has an exceptional atmosphere.

Close to everything in the area. Could do a thesis on the property tbh but I highly recomend! Thank you to the owners. Theres is nothing bad that i could write tbh.

A big villa in a quiet part of the city but close to the market and public transport , it offered us the feelling of being in a movie.😊Insted of " One night at the museum" we sad "Two nights at the museum". And is not a joke but real and after all , the only danger in this house is to forget of the reallife and imagine you are a scientist looking for the butterflies and insects in the jungle , sleeping in the night in the most confortable manor house. The late chek-in was possible and the owner waited us with wine and chocolate and amazed us with his kindness and presentation of the house. The hous is clean and offers a lot of space and everything you need even for a longer stay. We shall definitely come.back in summer! The time didn't stop as we expected.😊

The host was very knowledgeable, friendly and interesting, he gave us a tour and talked about the history of the place, as well as about the local area. • Simona (10/5): Exceptional - Butterfly villa is located in a safe area - free parking without stress is really a bonus. Doesn't make any sense to repeat all that the other guests already mentioned: interesting house ( history, architecture), the butterfly exposed on the walls are a joy for the eye. A lot of things brought to make your stay comfortable ( gym app, sauna, darts, fusball, karaoke station, pool) so the only thing you should be afraid of is the tentation to stay home instead exploring the beautiful Budapest. Zoli is an excellent host and his icecream was the cherry on the top All 3 sleeping rooms are on the 1st floor and one of them doesn't have AC. It would be great if in all the sleeping rooms the windows could have mosquito nets ( including in the rooms with AC). For the ones preffering to sleep with the opened window instead AC, this might be of a great help. Don't expect modern furniture, what you see in pictures is 100% accurate. It's like living in a museum and this is not necessarely something bad.
• Bojan (10/5): 4 of use arrived for a F1 weekend in Budapest, and were really happy to have picked this house. - We were greeted by the host in front of the house, gave us the key and showed us everything around the house! The house is really amazing, it used to be a museum in the past, and it still has some items inside. It is very large with a big terrace and a pool, free parking in front of the house, on the street. For sure will come back here in the future! Nothing in particular, everything was great for us!
• Lauren (9/5): A hidden gem only 15 mins from the city ! - A beautiful home full of history, character and charm. It was previously a butterfly museum for over 30 years. Lots of beautiful displays all around the home. The host Zoli gave us the history of many displays as he showed us around. He was able to give us plenty of recommendations of where to visit in Budapest and even gave us a ride to a concert when we couldn’t get a taxi. Very accommodating and kind! Only thing I can say is it would have been nice to have more towels. However there are facilities to wash and dry clothes.

• Paul (10/5): Great value for the money. - Being the butterfly museum before this house was full of surprises on the walls. Besides this we had all we need for a nice weekend in Budapest with 3 families. Darts, foosball table and the sauna is a big bonus. Also the outside terrace.
• Miodrag (10/5): Night at the museum! - We LOVED our nights and days in the museum! :) We spent much, much more of our time in the city staying in the house than in any other accommodation ever! It was SO comfortable, with so many precious details, amenities, from sauna, table football, gym machine to all the small corners to rest and enjoy the atmosphere with huge balcony and perfect peaceful garden to relax. Birds on the treas singing whole day!! The glimpses of the now closed museum were almost magical. Host Zoltan is a kind soul and we felt instantly connected, welcomed and bound to meet again. Being a genius 3 on booking and visiting hundreds of places all over the world - this must be one of our favourite places ever! We are so happy that this is a place in town we are visiting regularly, so - see you soon again! Our only worry from now will be if the place is free when we are coming! :D Forgot to mention: The place is huge! There are three rooms, if needed we guess it can accommodate 12 or more people, but for 2 families are comfortable. For us 4, we felt luscious with comfort! The beds in our room were the most comfortable we ever slept in! There is also a washing and drying machine and everything you could need in the kitchen. This is a perfect place for us! If you also like comfort, history, butterflies! :D there's no a reason in the word for you not to love it!

• Philliph (10/5): Exceptional - The property used to be a butterfly museum and still had many wall mounted displays of butterflies, insects and other antiquities. Host was very helpful, informative and friendly. We arrived the day before Easter and he even gave my children some kinder eggs and some sweets on arrival at the property. The property was clean and had all the amenities we required, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.. Maybe if I were to be critical the bathroom would benefit from some updating but saying that it was perfectly functional, the shower was modern and very good but the sink and bath perhaps was a little tired although was very clean and worked as intended.

House is very well equipped and there are shops 5 min by walk. House is nicely decorated and spacious. Host was very friendly guy and brought us tasty cakes and buterfly wine at the arrival.
