• Rebekah (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Centro Storico - Very clean, exactly as advertised, comfortable bed and couch, heater worked well, everything functioned properly. Very loud outside at night, especially on the weekend. If you are wanting to party, this is a great spot, but regular travelers should be aware it’s pretty noisy.
• Joseph (6/5): Great location but a cramped bathroom, lack of hot water, poor lighting, and uncomfortable pillows. - The location is excellent - right in the heart of the historic center of Naples. Hosts also provided me with some water, some pastries for breakfast, and a bottle of wine. Hosts are very quick at replying back. I had a mixed experience with this apartment, and unfortunately, there were several issues that made my stay less than ideal. First, the bathroom was much smaller than expected. It appeared larger in the photos, but in reality, the space was cramped. The shower, in particular, was very tiny. I'm not a large person, but I still had difficulty getting in and out and moving around comfortably. Additionally, the hot water situation was a problem. The apartment has a boiler that requires activation, but I was not informed of this upon check-in. As a result, I had to wait nearly two hours for the water to heat up, and even then, there wasn't enough hot water for two people to shower. The apartment also lacks natural light, making it feel quite dark and somewhat claustrophobic throughout the day. It was difficult to feel comfortable in a space that was always dim, even when it was bright outside. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Very thin and lacked any sort of resistance. Your head basically rests directly on the mattress. Lastly, the check-out experience was frustrating. I was asked to vacate promptly at 10:30 AM, which I understood, but when the time came to hand over the keys, no one showed up. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone arrived, which felt incredibly unprofessional. It’s disappointing when you’re rushed to leave and then left waiting, especially when the hosts had promised to meet me at a specific time. Overall, while the apartment had some potential, these issues significantly impacted my stay, and I can’t say I would recommend it to others.
