Guest Reviews
- Guest (9/5): - “I recently had the chance to visit this beautiful resort, and it was truly a memorable experience. The place is surrounded by stunning nature, with lots of trees, greenery, and many birds all around. Waking up to the sounds of birds singing was so peaceful and refreshing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the food was fresh, tasty, and full of variety. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature – highly recommended!”
- The (6/5): Not a resort - Quiet and peaceful with lots of birdlife. The bed was comfortable, the food was plentiful and delicious. Although the name suggests that it is a resort, it is far from it. The property is on a small remote farmlet with a small convenience store about 500m away, but that's it. Meals are prepared by the lovely caretakers and though very tasty, the dining is out doors (undercover). This is OK during daylight hours but the evening meal is spoiled by the multitude of insects. The room, though air-conditioned is very basic with only a bare concrete floor, large bed (with mosquito net) and waste bin. When guests are in-house the caretakers sleep in the open above the room which transmits noise directly below. The value of the place must be based purely on the close proximity to Wilpattu National Park (1km) and not by what the property offers as it is extremely overpriced for what it is.
- Abdullah (6/5): The place has a lot of potential if run well. - The location, help staff and surroundings were lovely. The food was great. The owners could have communicated better in terms of facilities and fee. There were a few misunderstandings but they managed to settle them.
- Sdaniel1993 (10/5): Great Stay, Highly recommend it - Sanjayas hospitality :). He really looked after me. My stay at this accommodation allowed me to work on some projects with a clear mind. It was really recreating and I highly enjoyed the morning safaris.
