• Aleksandra (10/5): Raj na ziemi! - Wszystko było fantastyczne- pyszne śniadania, czyste pokoje, piękna okolica i przesympatyczny Pan właściciel. Warto przyjechać do tego miejsca chociażby po to żeby zamienić z nim kilka słów. Zawsze uśmiechnięty i chętny do pomocy- to od sprawia, że do tego miejsca chce się wracać.

So sauber, schick eingerichtet, gepflegte Außenanlage, ein Pool mit extra bequemen Liegebetten und ein Frühstück, das mit frischem Obst, Tomaten, Gurken, Pfannk wasuchen(mit Nutella)und vielem mehr aufwartet, da kann man nur schwärmen. Dazu die ruhige Lage und ein absolut super Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Das Beste aber ist der Chef des Ganzen, der sich liebevoll und stets freundlich rund um die Uhr um seine Gäste kümmert. Es waren Während unseres Aufenthaltes Menschen aus den verschiedensten Ländern vor Ort und alle waren hoch erfreut und zufrieden. Alles war super.

• Claudia (10/5): würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen - Absolut saubere Unterkunft, nicht nur in den Zimmer, sondern auch ringsum. Immer beschatteten Parkplatz bekommen. Super das man auch die Möglichkeit hat an den schönen Pool zu liegen. Aufmerksamer Besitzer, der seinen Gästen zum Start in den Tag ein wirklich außergewöhliches u. absolut reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet bietet. Aufgrund der Lage - abseits von irgenwelchem Trubel, sollte man wahrscheinlich schon mit Auto anreisen.

• Karen (10/5): - Die Gastfreundschaft von Artur ist aussergewöhnlich. Mit seiner fröhlichen und äusserst freundlichen Art hat er uns in einer schwierigen Situation sehr geholfen. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist Weltklasse! Kein Wunsch bleibt offen, alles wird mit Liebe frisch gemacht von seinem sehr netten Team. Artur lebt Gastfreundschaft, wir fühlten uns rundherum äusserst wohl. Die Residence Leora liegt sehr ruhig und schön abseits der Strasse. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und sauber. Die Liegen sind mega bequem. Die Liegenschaft ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Leidenschaft in Schuss gehalten. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und modern eingerichtet. WLAN funktionierte tiptop.

Nu se poate face plata cu cardul, desi pe booking specifica lucrul acesta! 2. Mancarea nediversificata (acelasi lucru in fiecare zi la micul dejun). 3. Curatenie in camere nu se face in timpul sejurului, prosoapele nu se schimba.

• Cem (10/5): One of the most welcoming services i had encounter - An amazing host and an amazing service . Place is spotless and one of the sweetest breakfast i had . Just enough to fill u up. Parking situation is superb and there is som much space around property with an amazing garden. They do take pride in what they offer to their guests . It was my second time here and consistency with service , kindness and friendliness is always there . So far nothing

• Esad (10/5): - Eine super Adresse! Wir sind jährlich in Ulcinj und haben dieses Jahr unseren Urlaub in der Residence LEORA verbracht. Es war die beste Erfahrung, die wir bis jetzt gemacht haben. Personal, Objekt, Ausstattung alles war perfekt. Kinderfreundlich und sehr sauber. Der Standort in der Natur hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 10/10

• Peter (10/5): Idealer Ort für erholsamen Strandurlaub - Einfach eingerichtetes, aber absolut sauberes und funktionales Zimmer mit schönem Balkon mit Poolblick; absolut ruhig gelegen. Sehr aufmerksamer, sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, u.a. deutschsprachig; einwandfreies WIFI; sehr angenehmer Pool; ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, sowohl mit lokalen Spezialitäten als auch mit dem, was viele Mitteleuropäer gern haben, z.B. sehr gutes Schwarzbrot. Schöne, nicht überfüllte Strände in der Nähe. Parken kein Problem. Strand grundsätzlich in fußläufiger Entfernung; dennoch besser mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die populäreren Strandlokale liegen etwas weiter entfernt.

• Sara (10/5): Rado bismo se vratili ☺️ - Sve je bilo odlično, smeštaj čist i moderan, osoblje ljubazno, lokacija mirna a opet blizu plaže i centra, doručak preukusan, a domaćin izuzetno ljubazan. Nemam zamerku, sve je bilo kako treba.
• Kerem (10/5): Von der Gastfreundschaft bis zur Sauberkeit, alles war auf höchstem Niveau. - Unser Aufenthalt in Resident Leora war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Der Besitzer ist ein wirklich extrem netter Mensch. Er war außergewöhnlich bemüht, immer ansprechbar und hat sich herzlich um alles gekümmert. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Jeder ist dort herzlich willkommen, eine Gastfreundschaft, die man selten erlebt. Die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet, stilvoll, hochwertig und vor allem extrem sauber, bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt, und der Hausherr hat es einem auch wirklich an nichts fehlen lassen. Jeden Tag wurde alles gründlich gereinigt, das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und engagiert. Ein echtes Highlight war das kostenlose Frühstück, das im Aufenthalt inbegriffen ist. Die Auswahl war riesengroß und hat jeden Morgen für einen perfekten Start in den Tag gesorgt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Nur ein paar hundert Meter bis zum langen Sandstrand Velika Plaža. Bäckereien und kleinere Läden sind nicht fußläufig, aber mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, also auch sehr praktisch. Alles in allem war es ein sehr, sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt – sauber, modern, herzlich und einfach rundum gelungen. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Rantaan reilun kilometrin kävely hiekkatietä. Autolle löytyi parkki pihasta. Rantaan kuljettiin autolla surffikamojen kanssa. Ranta leveä hiekkaranta, jossa leijasurffaajien alueita. Tilaa oli uimareille ja auringosta nauttimiseen erittäin paljon. Rannassa rantabaareja. Hiustenkuivaajaa ei ollut.

• Ana (9/5): - The accommodation was great, room clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly, the pool is nice and clean, suitable for small children as well. The breakfast is excellent and there is a variety of food. Velika plaža beach is a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. Warm recommendation.

There was a huge variety of dry meat,hams,sausages,cheeses like gorgonzola,freshly baked pastries,you name it....plus a ton of different sweets with real condiments like Nutella,Eurocream etc. The swimming pool is great,you can buy cold beers in the restaurant and enjoy them by the pool.

Рядом - Вежливый хозяин, говорит на сербском и немецком языках, чистый бассейн, оооочень вкусные завтраки, номера чистые, красивая территория. Уборка раз в 5 дней, хотя есть уборка по запросу. Но все-равно когда отдыхаешь с детьми уборку хотелось бы чаще🙏

• Ute (10/5): Ruhige Lage zum Entspannen - Der Gastgeber Arthur hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Residence Leora liegt etwas außerhalb in einem ruhigen Waldfleckchen. Sie hat einen großen gepflegten Außenpool und ein Kinderbecken für kleinere Kinder. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist auch vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mirno, dosta zelenila. super dorucak, posebno zelim istaci espresso kafu, 100% najbolja u Ulcinju! Objekat se nalazi blzu najpopularnijih plaza na Velikoj plazi i ukoliko tu planirate ljetovati preporucujem ga 100 %. bazen sa toplom vodom, lezaljke, kabine pored bazena. Domacin se bas potrudio da se gost osjeca kao u hotelu. Svaka cast!

• Lynne (10/5): We had a fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend. - Arthur was just so welcoming and kind. He was always there for anything we needed. The property is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The pool and gardens are beautiful. There is ample parking. I would thoroughly recommend Residence Leora, it is just so beautiful. Maybe an additional light in the bedroom.

• Sven (10/5): Sehr gut Unterkunft. Ich komme wieder. - Sehr guter deutsch sprechender Service. Mitten in der Natur befindet sich diese perfekt Unterkunft. Der Inhaber ist jederzeit vor Ort um ggf. Wünsche zu erfüllen oder Fragen zu beantworten. Die Zimmer sind durchweg komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Eigentlich nichts. Der Fußmarsch zum Strand könnte für den Einen oder Anderen etwas anstrengend sein, jedoch führt er durch eine schöne Umgebung.
• Ana (9/5): - Jako je sve čisto, i novo. Vidi se da je pravljen objekat sa idejom o turizmu i da se tako i celo osoblje ponaša. Ovo nije apartman kod tamo neke gazdarice koja je jako pristojna i pažljiva. Usluga je super. Švedski sto za doručak je više od ponude od nekih hotela a ne apartmana. Svakako imaju moju preporuku. Za naše potrebe, da se prespava , a ostatak dana van smeštaja, je ok.
• TiiL (10/5): - Residence Leora zachwyciło mnie na wielu poziomach: wyśmienite jedzenie, warunki na bardzo wysokim poziomie, serdeczny kontakt z Arturo – właścicielem, oraz cudowny basen, którego temperatura w czerwcu sięgała 30 stopni, zapewniając idealny relaks! Długość pobytu 6 dni można dłużej tam być 😉
