• Rob (9/5): The entry into The Cottage was easy & all went well. - The Cottage was clean & comfortable & in a great location for walking distances to shops. The fly screen on the sliding door need to be fixed. We were not able to have the sliding door open. The cleaners need to clean under the beds as there was a pair of running shoes under one bed & hair scrunchie under the other & dust bunnies there as well. Gate to the cottage could use a bit of an adjustment as it catches at certain times of the day & requires a strong pull to open it.

• Anne (10/5): Amazing we all had so much fun going for our morning walks or runs. - Easy living in nice outdoors area with BBQ New, fresh and so comfortable with aircon & fans. Close to shops, walking distance to town beach very central to everything we needed.
• Nick (8/5): Comfortable well appointed 2-bed 2-bath apartment to retire to after the day's/evening's action - Responsive owners, modern 2BR/2BA, well appointed kitchen, good a/c throughout, nice front patio for sitting outside, pod coffee in the morning was a real treat! We were actually allocated Carpenter Cottage, rather than Carpenter House, so we spent the first 15 mins trying to get into the wrong house. The cottage is behind what looks like the back fence. It took a message to the owners and a careful read of the booking.com messaging to realise we had to go through a back gate to find the cottage, which is well hidden. And the TV remote was on the blink. Could probably do with one or two more comfy chairs in the lounge area. O/wise AG!
• Helen (9/5): Great place to stay and would definitely recommend. - The cottage was was in a great location, close to the local shopping centre and in a very quiet location. The indoor area was nice and there was a great outdoor area with artificial lawn and lots of frangipani trees. The cottage was very clean and tidy and had modern décor. It didn't have a dishwasher and I noticed that some of the kitchenware needed cleaning. There is plenty of space for a dishwasher and it would be better hygienically and also environmentally.

• Mark (5/5): DISAPPOINTING - Interior of the house itself was great. No privacy. We were not made aware that we would be sharing this property with another small accommodation in the back yard from which there is no privacy at all. Guest coming and going directly along side the bed room window the lounge room window and the outside BBQ area which is totally open. Not only was there other guests, there were other people coming to loading and unloading their Ute's from the garage, again, in our immediate personnel space. We purposely wanted a house and willing to pay premium price to avoid sharing our space with other guests eg. other guests smoking and talking out front of our room. We wanted and expected absolute privacy, but we got the absolute opposite. If we were properly informed of this duel accommodation set up before booking, we could have made an informed decision as to if it was we wanted, but we weren't. The master bed mattress was cheap, old, worn-out and extremely uncomfortable. To say we were very disappointed and angry with this accommodation would be an understatement.

Had everything that we needed to make our stay great. As a few mention, a washing machine in the house would make this place even more amazing

If you had a boat or caravan it offers good off street parking. The kitchen was lovely & big but well under stocked. Nothing much to cook in or on for a family. A couple of small saucepans only. No baking ware, colander, containers, platters…. No laundry, line or rope, or pegs. No teabags, coffee, sugar etc to get you through until you get to the shops. Not very private, it is a shared facility as someone lives in the carport/ garage/ shed and they have to walk past your windows and outdoor seating area to enter their accomodation.
