• EVANGELIA (10/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη - Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, άνετα κρεβάτια καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες και οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ πολύ ευγενικοί!!! Ήταν δύσκολο η πρόσβαση με το καρότσι (μικρό ανελκυστήρα)
• simone (7/5): Tutto sommato siamo stati bene. - L'appartamento è proprio al centro, che può piacere o meno. La zona pedonale è vivace fino a notte fonda, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Il centro ha tantissimi ristoranti, negozietti, supermercati, ecc. L'appartamento è comodo e dotato di aria condizionata. Cucina completa di stoviglie, lavatrice, frigo, asciugacapelli, ecc. La mancanza di connessione ad internet. Il balcone esterno è piacevole ma impraticabile per via degli escrementi dei piccioni. La cucina ha una finestra ma affaccia in un cavedio popolato dai piccioni. Sicuramente senza queste mancanze avremmo vissuto di più l'appartamento.

Unexpected final payment type - Positives: Good location, at the edge of the main town centre Very comfortable mattresses!! Fast response from the management team, if there are any issues or queries, was much appreciated No SMART TV or Internet access BUT can hire a portable WIFI unit at a reasonable rate/ price - they should really advertise this portable WIFI unit as in this modern age, most people will wish to have these facilities Strong air condition/ heater units in all bedrooms and sitting room - great to put these on to drown??? the noise/ music from outside to get some sleep (being at the edge of the main street, we could hear the loud bar music and people playing with their motorbikes still at 1:30am!! during the weekends/ Easter holiday, however it is much quieter during normal weekdays) Good and fast hot water was appreciated when there is a family Nice to have a balcony to look/ sit out as well as drying clothes (strong sun in the warm days)!! Suggestions for the future: - would have given a higher rating if the following are resolved/ addressed Correct the payment descriptions on the Booking.com system - we paid the initial deposit using the ‘normal’ way - by credit card: information stored on the system BUT we got a message a few days before arrival that we NEED/ HAD to pay CASH on arrival - never ever done this before with Booking.com!!!! This ‘unexpected’ cash payment was TOTALLY news to us and no where in the booking documentation or description it said about this. Management team/ owner did provide a cash receipt for the payment but nonetheless, the ‘customer description’ was wrong/ missing/ mis-leading Have an iron without an ironing board was strange - it would be useful to have an ironing board for us/ tourists
