• mick (10/5): Bella vista - Virkelig hyggeligt sted..og en rigtig flink værtinde...Anna....den daglige badetur var ikke længere væk..end hvis man havde glemt solcremen ,kunne man hurtigt hente det... udsigten fra balkonen var enestående og dejligt varmt vand i bruseren..til centrum kunne man gå langs søen af stier igennem utroligt flotte parker og strande ..med en summen af liv...og ænder, de var frække ..men må ikke fodres😄 Alt i alt et perfekt sted..at have base..ved det smukke Riva Del Garda 👍🌞 Niente😄

• Harry (9/5): Recidence Ambra is gewoon GOED! - Recidence Ambra ligt op een perfecte locatie en het uitzicht over het meer is geweldig. Het grote terras met 4 persoons eettafel èn 2 ligbedden hebben ons verrast. Schone goed ingerichte studio met complete goed ingerichte keuken met grote koel/vriescombinatie. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen aan de receptie, er is veel mogelijk. Voor de tweede maal hier, de derde op komst. Topverbijf!

• Ludmilla (8/5): Nettes Appartment in guter Lage 🙂 - Unsere Wohnung lag zur Strassenseite, nur einige Meter vom See und Strand entfernt, war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man hatte einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Die Lage ist gut, nah am See, ins Zentrum kann man schön entlang der Strandpromenade laufen, Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt es in der Gegend auch einige. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wlan, Klimaanlage, ein extra Raum zum Fahrräderabstellen ist auch vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns gefallen, würden hier wieder buchen. Die Duschkabine ist sehr klein, wie auch die Parkplätze durch den Platzmangel sehr eng sind. In den Wohnungen mit Balkon zur Straßenseite ist es natürlich lauter. Obere Stockwerke nur durch Treppe erreichbar. Leider muss man hier noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche extra dazubuchen und bezahlen.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Everything was exactly as described The bed was super cozy and comfortable, the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect as well – peaceful and charming, yet close to everything we needed. The locked bike room was additional bonus of this accmmodation. Thank you so much for such a memorable and pleasant stay.

• Marija (9/5): Clean place for a weekend sportive stay - 20 min walk from the center of Riva - The place is 20min walk from the main center of Riva del Garda. It is clean, and you have all the facilities in the kitchen if you want to prepare coffee or food. They provide parking. The communication with the host was pretty straightforward and easy. The toilet needs renovation/ especially the showering area is not for tall people, there is not enough space. Heads up that you need to pay extra for bed sheets. We were not assigned a room with a view on the lake/peaceful side - quite the opposite - we were facing the street and it was very noisy, since this is the main street where all the cars/bikes are commuting.

• Diana (10/5): Ich würde gerne nochmals kommen - Ausgezeichnete Residenz. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu erreichen und am Seeufer. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, gut beheizt und sauber. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich fand einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz mit einem Raum im Inneren, um meine Sportgeräte und Fahrrad zu speichern. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, als ich eincheckte, und gab mir viele Informationen über die Orte, die ich zur Teilnahme an einem Sportwettbewerb benötigte. Ich würde wiederkommen und es meinen Freunden und Bekannten auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

• Dorilori (1/5): Nie wieder - Die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht uns ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten nachdem wir uns beschwert haben. Leider war die Rezeption von 16-18 Uhr nicht besetzt, sodass wir viel Zeit verloren haben -Preisleistung stimmt hier absolut nicht, Null komfort, keine Leistung. -Die Einrichtung ist extrem veraltet und abgewohnt , hier kann man sich nicht wohlfühlen -für mich eine absolute Abzocke, das man bei dem Preis noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche zahlen muss. Bei Booking habe ich keinen Hinweis darauf gefunden. 16€ pro Person ist unverschämt. -im ersten Zimmer gab es Schimmel und es roch sehr stark danach... Nix für Allergiker. -Wer Wert auf ein erholsamen Schlaf legt, sollte auch nicht hier buchen, im ganzen Haus ist es laut. Man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern - wir haben in der Nacht gefroren. Die Heizung war ausgestellt, die Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion - Die Betten sind so hart das man selbst als Mann Rückenschmerzen bekommt. Hier wurde nicht mit einer dicken Matratze für Komfort gesorgt -Wasserkocher unbrauchbar, der ist so verkalkt das man daraus kein Wasser trinken möchte Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Yachthafen und den Gardasee. Platz für Auto und Motorradanhänger. Hilfe bei Autopanne und Abschleppdienst/Taxi und Hänger durfte 2 Wochen gesichert stehen bleiben. Alles mit viel Herz ❤️ Alles war in perfektem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Bei Nachfrage (in unserem Fall eine Kaffeemaschine) wird alles versucht,es zu ermöglichen. Sehr,sehr nettes Personal…man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!!! Das Appartement erinnert an einen früheren Italien Urlaub ….könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

• IRINA (7/5): - Die Lage war super. Natur ist wunderschön. Alles in der Nähe. Kann man sehr gut shopen. An jeder Ecke gibt es Restaurants, Eiscafe. Aktivitäten gibt es auch genügend: Fahrradfahren, Wandern ,Wassersport.
• Jürgen (8/5): Eine typisch italienische Unterkunft aus alten Zeiten in top Lage. - Hintere Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick auf See und Berge. Fußläufig sind Altstadt, Promenade und Hafen erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Sehr freundliches, englischsprechendes Personal. Fahrradverleih, auch E-Bike, am Haus. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirr ist zusammen gewürfelt. Wenn Stühle gerückt werden, hört man das im ganzen Haus. Die Haustür könnte einen Türschließer gebrauchen da sonst die Türe kracht.

Widok ten jak i życzliwość obsługi godna polecenia. Obiekt wymaga modernizacji, wyposażenie apartamentu funkcjonalne ale pamiętające odległe czasy. Dojście na piętra klatką schodową :( . Jednak lokalizacja obiektu broni całość.

• Steven (9/5): Breathtaking views, fantastic friendly staff and wonderful location - Absolutely lovely friendly staff, Anna met us with the keys as soon as we had parked the car; she showed us to our apartment and even offered to help carry some of our luggage, when I messaged her a couple of times she replied immediately and was always smiling and polite. The apartment was well equipped, large and clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking; right next to the lake and marina. 3 minutes walk to the lake and a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town all along the lake. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We would highly recommend these apartments. No lift, but we knew this when we booked.

• Irina (7/5): Minimalistisch aber Zentral. Für uns war's OK - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man hat alles in der Nähe. Keine langen wege zum Strand, Restaurants oder zum Einkaufen. Die Straße hat auch kein bisschen gestört. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Scheut euch nicht einfach zu fragen wenn was ist. Wir haben ein paar Sachen in der Ausstattung vermisst. Es fehlten Sachen zum Abspülen vom Geschirr (Lappen, Spüli etc.) haben wir aber auf Nachfrage ohne Probleme bekommen. Alle sehr nett und war kein problem. Auch Toilettenpapier mussten wir nach 2 Tagen nachordern. Ebenfalls habe ich eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Da ich aber schon für den Weg Instantkaffee geholt hatte, habe ich nicht danach gefragt. Insgesamt ist es eine kleine minimalistische Unterkunft. Für uns war's OK.

• Thomas (7/5): - Lage ist perfekt. Auch die Zimmer zur Straße sind ok, mit Blick auf den See ist es wunderbar. Man ist in 2 Minuten am See zum Baden. Bikes können vor Ort untergebracht werden. Schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Personal freundlich, Ausstattung ok aber nicht mehr. Apartment könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen, besonders das Badezimmer. Betten sind ok, eine Steckdose ist nicht funktionsfähig.
