Nous n avons pas compris pourquoi la personne qui s occupe de la réservation nous a réclamé même harcelé 1 mois auparavant nos photos et les identités ce qui se fait seulement à l entrée. ??

Leider haben wir den Eigentümer Donato nicht persönlich angetroffen (dafür seine freundliche und kommunikative Mama), er war jedoch ständig per WhatsApp verfügbar und hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert.

Miłym akcentem ze strony gospodarza była powitalna butelka włoskiego wina. Gospodarz przez cały pobyt interesował się i pytał o ewentualne problemy oferując pomoc. Zdecydowanie godny polecenia

Fantastyczny gospodarz - w trakcie pobytu interesował się czy wszystko u nas dobrze, czy mamy wszystko co nam potrzebne. Po wymeldowaniu mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże w mieszkaniu, więc bez problemu cały dzień spędziłyśmy zwiedzając Bari. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i na pewno tam wrócę. POLECAM! nie było takiej rzeczy

Pulito e con tutto il necessario. Cinque minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale turistica, vicinissimo al parcheggio Saba Porto dove poter lasciare l'auto in parcheggio custodito a 7 euro al giorno. Gestore gentilissimo e disponibile.

• Ania (9/5): - Apartament położony w kamienicy, przytulny, ładnie urządzony. Wnętrze kamienicy na pierwszy rzut oka trochę odstrasza ale ma to swój urok. Mimo zimowej pory apartament ciepły dzięki klimatyzacji. Do dyspozycji kawa, herbata, drobne słodycze to miły akcent. Dostępny jest czajnik co nie jest takie częste we Włoszech. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo pomocny- można było zostawiać bagaże jeszcze na kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu. Do dworca Bari Centrale ok 25 min, w okolicy sklepy i supermarket. Polecamy:)

It is a bit loud when you open the windows at night. This is just something you should be prepared gir since this is a lively city☺️

• E (6/5): Reasonable distance to airport by taxi. - Proximity to the airport was reasonable. Donato, the person we had all our communications with, seemed like a nice person. I do not know who Maria is, as noted in the ad for this property, as Donato introduced himself as the contact person for the property and was the only person I was able to get a hold of or dealt with on every and all communication. Donato was a nice person but communication was challenging. We booked the apartment many months ago. Well after full payment was received I followed the Information provided on Booking.com and reached out on exact location details and instructions on how to enter the property. I was told that I was required, by law, to provide copies of our passport documents. Providing details that are personal is the norm in Italy, but even after providing this information, I was not given the instructions to enter the property. No information On lockboxes, codes, introductions. This dragged on for days until the last day before our arrival, Eventually Donato replied that he would forward the information the evening before our arrival. We did not receive any communication, even after multiple times up to, and including the morning of our stay. On the Morning of our arrival he said he forgot. At that point, the morning of our stay, he provided a code for a lock box Located at the front door of the building. I found this very stressful that he could not have simply provided a code to the lockbox Days before our arrival. He actually lives in the building and could have put the key in or taking it out at any time. On the day of our stay we had to leave our prior location and drive for hours to get to this apartment. I mentioned this to Donato several times using booking.com and WhatsApp but to no avail. Why he would not provide this information, after receiving full pay, And copies of our passports I do not Understand. This is the part that I found extremely stressful. Conclusion: Donato seems like a very nice person.

Everything what we needed was there. Host was very helpful and friendly. There was no problem with communication every time - also in English. Apartment is located a few minutes walking from city centre, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I can definitely recommend this apartment to everyone coming to Bari.

• Kader (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is both very clean and very close to tourists attractions. Our host is also very helpful and considerate , he even left a bottle of wine as a gift for us. Worth every penny.

The person of contact, Donato, was very attentive and friendly, always offering to help. Lots of buses in the neighborhood, great stores around. Look at the pictures, if you like them that's what you will find! I will definitely come back to House Sasanelli next time I travel to Bari!
• Yaroslav (9/5): Superb - The apartment is well suited for young couples and middle aged people. Ideally accommodation for two people. The host is very friendly and helps to solve all organisational issues. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town. Nearby there are many shops.
• Kristin (10/5): Great host, great location, spacious and authentic. - Very helpful and well-organized host. He contacted me before my trip, gave me directions and was available for any question. There was a prepared guide by the host with all necessary information of nearby shops and places to eat. There were welcome treats - bottle of wine, beer, coffee. Fully equipped kitchen - we could cook our own meals. Fully equipped bathroom - shampoo, 2 hair dryers, body wash, towels.. etc. Very spacious place with a loft. Authentic spirit. Very nice terrace where two people can sit. Most of places in the old town are with too small balconies where you can not sit. I really enjoyed the terrace. Extremely clean. Location is on foot distance to many sites, including the port and the old city. I liked that it is between the port and the old city. Good AC working very well. Good wi-fi. Device to chase away mosquitoes. We didn't see a single mosquito. Very noisy street, however it is typical to the whole old town. Only one and small bathroom. The shower space in the bathroom is additionally too-small. The loft space with the two beds is too hot as the AC air doesn't reach it. So in very hot nights the people sleeping on the loft will have may be 10 degrees higher temperature than the people sleeping at the first level. Beds are not very soft, but I didn't mind it. Signal of wi-fi doesn't reach the terrace.

• Gaia (10/5): Exceptional - Nice flat for a night in Bari, ~15 minutes walk from Bari vecchia. The host was very helpful, good for a quick stop over to see the city. The upstairs gets quite hot as the aircon unit is downstairs and doesn't reach, there is a fan but I found it a bit loud.

He is extremely helpful and friendly and always easy to reach. He also has good recommendations. He also was very accomodating concerning check-in and check-out. If I have to mention something be aware that the beds are rather small (could be a problem for bigger/taller people) and the water pressure in the shower is a bit on the low side.

Apartment is very warm by itself (I visited in February) and equipped with a good air conditioning. It was perfectly clean and looked even better than on pictures. There’s a nice balcony where you can drink coffee and enjoy Italian street. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Owner is incredibly kind and careful. A bit noisy, you can hear cars in the morning and people’s talks from the corridors, but it didn’t really disturb me
