- Nicolae Simion (10/5): Superb! - Pensiunea Cabana Plaiului din Vișeu de Sus este o locație superbă și o cazare de 5 stele. Am stat doar o noapte, având bilete la Mocăniță pentru a doua zi. La un preț modic pe Booking, gazda ne-a pus la dispoziție tot parterul pensiunii, dormitor, sufragerie, bucătărie și baie, toate foarte bine utilate. E o locație cu multă verdeață și aer curat, unde e de stat mai mult timp, ca să te bucuri de liniște și de frumusețile locului. Vom reveni cu plăcere când mai ajungem prin zonă, mulțumim gazdelor pentru condițiile deosebite asigurate. Nu ne-a plăcut că nu am putut sta mai mult, am fost doar în trecere și am rămas i noapte la Vișeu de Sus pentru că n-am prins bilete la Mocăniță decât pentru a doua zi

- Mircea (10/5): Minunat ! - Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare și curățenia impecabilă. Am fost două familii și ni s-a pus la dispoziție toată cabana, care are 3 dormitoare. Fiecare dormitor are baie proprie. În curte este un foișor și un grătar acoperit pentru a fi protejat în situația în care plouă. Bucătăria este dotată cu aragaz, frigider și tot ceea ce este necesar pentru pregătirea mesei. Există loc de parcare suficient de mare în curte. Peisajul este foarte frumos și gara de unde pleacă ”mocănița” destul de aproape. Mi-a plăcut tot.

You can sit in the garden, watch the goats, play with the cute dog (just if you like it), and enjoy nature. Parking is right on the property. Keep in mind, that the way to the railway station is 2km, but you can easily park there too, or make a stroll of about 20 - 30 minutes. Wifi went on and off. The hosts moved the router and this connection got better. But it may also be an issue with the provider. However, it was good enough for basic functionality.

- Simona (10/5): Perfect location to visit Maramures - I liked everything at this location, it was perfect for the area I visited, with a very nice view, maximum clean and extremely kind hosts. I plan to book the same location at a potential next visit. Also, it's great for a group of three families. I liked everything.
- Olimpian (10/5): Amazing ! - Everything: - Extremely beautiful location, in between the mountains. You can go to the mocanița very easily from here, it's a 15 minute walk. - The hosts are amazing, extremely charming and welcoming :) They picked us up from the centre and helped us get to the coach stop on our way down. They told us local history as well. - The hosts also have mini-tours you can ask about, but since we only stayed for 2 days we didn't have time. - The goat, cat and dog are also great. The host served us with goat milk for the coffee, and it was delicious. The dog is very friendly, and same with the cat. The goat is very cute :) - The price is also amazing, especially since you get the whole cabin. Inside it's very clean. - The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked with no issues. - The bedrooms are all great size. Everything was perfect. I only wish we had time to stay longer.
- Dubravko (10/5): Nice house outside of the city - Very big place all for you. Out in the country. Really king sized bed. They have a goat and offered us to drink the freshly milked milk. Hosts are extra friendly and will do all that they can for you, even if you made a mistake and it has nothing to do with them. WiFi not strong enough. Location on the map wrong. It's not 300m from the train but rather 2 km. So, you can walk, but it's going to be a long walk.
