- Janice (8/5): - Central location, spacious close to station Not too easy to park, oven door needs new handle
- Donna (9/5): - Lovely place and very roomy.
- Craig H (8/5): - Location was great for the beach, station and town. The place also had a great size lounge and kitchen with loads of natural light. The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable but it wasn't a deal breaker.
- Jean-Pierre (10/5): - A really Lovely place with a good size and comfy beds . Great location next to shops / train station and main areas. Stairs upto to the property entrance and inside were a little tight an steep. Perfectly fine but not really suitable for someone older. Maybe adding a vanity unit to put things on/ in, in the bathroom is the only real improvement.

- Natalia (8/5): - Ottima posizione, ambiente accogliente e carino. Diciamo che non avere un bagno al piano di sopra dove ci sono le camere non è comodo.
- David (8/5): Perfect for a concert at the De La Warre Pavillion - Central and Convenient
Parking was free

- Caroline (9/5): - The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped. Very central as well. It was spacious and modern. Really good shower. No parking and it was very warm in the bedrooms. Also very noisy with delivery vans early in the morning. The mattresses and pillows were very soft.
- Terry (8/5): Nice stay but with issues - Clean spacious apartment, good size bathroom and shower with hot water and nice towels.Came with lots of extras : washing up liquid, tea , coffee, salt, pepper plus cleaning products. Great location, 10 mins to the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. The beds were very soft , I could feel the springs when moving, pillows were also very thin, saying all that we did sleep ok. As others have stated stairs are very steep and narrow, so could be an issue for some.
Finally , the Televisions , where to start , all 3 TVs don't have terrestrial stations, the 2 upstairs only have BBC I player, we tried other Freeview channels but no picture appeared , just the shows audio. Living room TV has sub titles on the screen that we couldn't remove !
Tara did try to help but to no avail.
All 3 TVs need sorting.

Ligging in drukke winkelstraat ( hele nacht bedrijvigheid)
- Jeanette (10/5): Great place to stay - Location N/a
- Ebikaboere (10/5): - Very clean and tidy, spacious lounge and rooms, everything you need is at your door step, very close to train station, bus and taxi, complimentry free tea and coffee, will highly recommend and definitely stay again. Perfect
- Laura (9/5): Great location - Ideal location for events at De La Warr Pavilion and 5 mins from station. Spacious apartment.
- Sandra (8/5): Very good -
- Eleanor (6/5): Pleasant - Central location, lots of space. Very strong smell of bleach when I arrived which didn’t go for a while as no window in the bathroom.
The internet was intermittent and quite slow which made working from the apartment impossible and trying to watch anything on the smart tv quite difficult.
I believe bed in master bedroom is broken but I didn’t investigate further.
Would also have been nice if there was a fan, it was very warm.
- Lynnette (5/5): Too many stairs for older people and noisy - In a good position for the town. Water was very very hot but no way to mix it at bathroom sink. The narrow steep stairs. Very hard for elderly people to get suitcases up them. Windows are single glazed so no sound proofing.. At the back is the train line. The front you get woken between 6.30 to 7 by the dust carts or road sweepers. The key box is high up making it difficult to use. Only 1 set of keys meaning after you open the front door you have to climb the stairs to unlock the second door then go back down to put them back in the box for the other guests. More suitable for younger people
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Roomy apartment. Really hot water. Was a central location..check in easy with lockbox The apartment is quite noisy. Trains at the back and sadly the windows although probably original rattled. The first night of our stay was very windy and rattling windows both upstairs and downstairs meant neither of us slept at all well. Obviously the owner can't help British seaside weather but perhaps could secure the windows with draft proofing that would seal.the gaps and stop the noisy rattling.
Communal entrance area quite grubby which doesn't give a great first impression. I hope these comments can be seen as constructive as small changes would have changed our review from 4 to 5 in most areas
- Jackie (8/5): Good communications and clear information. Apartment provided all we needed for an overnight stay. - It was a perfect location for what we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy, very well equipped and had everything we needed. The steep (and quite narrow) stairs to get up to the apartment, and also up to the bedrooms!
As, as a general comment - with an apartment for 4 people it may be better if one of the rooms had twin beds, rather than two doubles.
- Karen (7/5): Good location - Good location and contact with agent was good and prompt.
Large flat, we didn’t really use it other than to sleep The bed was too soft for us and the pillows really flat.
- Graeme (8/5): All good. Mattresses could be of better quality and cooking utensils etc limited but as a place to stay for a couple of - No corkscrew
- Cecilia (8/5): Very pleasant - Location, homely, accessibility. It was very considerate to allow us leave our luggage after we vacated which meant we didnt have to carry it around for five hours and so our final day was very pleasant as a result.
- Oluwabunmi (10/5): I was amazing - The fact that the place was clean and the kids love it bcus they where entertained The fact that you have to look for packing and u can only stay 2hrs free at a time.
- Caroline (7/5): Good -
- Caroline (8/5): Very clean and modern apartment good value for money - Location near to the train station and the main shopping Street not far from the beach plenty of restaurants and choices of places to eat
- Beverly (9/5): Will be back - Bit alarmed getting email to say we would be charged for the day before our stay as we were arriving early. I had made it clear on original booking we would be arriving after 5.00p.m on day of our stay. But it was quickly sorted out.
- Jill (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, well looked after and very central. Restaurants, the train station and the beach all with in easy reach. Would recommend.
- Jayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Caroline (9/5): Great location for bars and restaurant - Modern furnishings . Beautifully clean and well maintained, fab TV Stairs would be a problem for people with mobility issues as the were narrow and wiry steep bathroom not on same floor as the 3 bedrooms,
- Mrs (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely love the maisonette, very clean, have everything, home away from home, convenience to everything, food,5 minutes walk to train station, buses at the centre of town, I highly recommend.
- Parsons (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvonne (10/5): Night in Bexhill in sea - Really enjoyed our stay ,spacious, lovely and clean
Like home from home
Would definitely stay here again
great location Nothing
- Ian (10/5): Clean, convenient and would stay again. - Lots of space, clean and Tara’s correspondence was great. Perfect location!
- Alistair (9/5): Nice place, conveniently located for rail staiom -
- Tm (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (9/5): Lovely apartment in the centre of town, clean and tidy with a short walk to the beach. - Very lovely apartment with lots of room and comfortable beds and great facilities, near the sea and the De la Warr pavilion. Parking was a a bit of a nightmare for us but that maybe because we showed up on a Friday night
- Jodie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (8/5): Sunshine Central - Central location with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Clean and tidy throughout the accommodation My stay was in the winter, and it was a bit chilly at night in the flat and a bit noisy from the road out front.
- Nigel (8/5): single night so little chance for exploring. - Self catering, so breakfast not applicable.
Beds softer than recommended, but ideal for our purposes. Single toilet paper roll adequate for our needs as were the towels provided. Would recommend provision of bar soap for bath. Chilly on arrival (freezing outside, snow later that night)
Small bedroom TV lacked aerial cable.
- Helen (7/5): Good - The property is roomy and well-decorated with all facilities provided. Lots of hot water. There are particular areas that stood out as being disappointing for me. The property was not warm enough and the heating was preset at a low temperature. There was a broken blind in the lounge and the flats opposite can see into the property. The hallway was very grubby. The parking is very difficult as although there are spaces outside, they were taken, the area is well serviced with takeaways, pubs and places to eat so the parking is constantly being used.
- Elspeth (8/5): We had a lovely stay - Locality Maybe some hand wash and token tea / coffee would have been nice
- Tonyb274 (5/5): Fine for a few days - Easy access to the key-box.
Location was good if you wished to be close to the centre of Bexhill on Sea.
Required a place in Bexhill on Sea to visit family who do not have sufficiuent space.
Good range of equipment in the accommodation for self catering.
Hot water a plenty. The steep stairs up to the accommodation.
The street noise in the front bedroom, and in the back bedroom the train track noise. On booking didn't realise how close, or noisy these both issues would be, even after purchasing some ear plugs.
The attention to detail of some of the furnishings. Heating of the rooms.
My IT skills of trying to locate normal TV on the media system within the accommodation.
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Si (10/5): Exceptional - Couldn't be more helpful, was short notice still received direct contact on request.
The place was immaculately clean, warm and Inviting. Thanks for a great stay.
- Emyr (8/5): Very good -
- Kaz (8/5): Ideally situated property for a short weekend break - Property was central and conveniently positioned for our stay. Not particularly expressing a dislike on the property so much as a suggestion.
Took it for granted as a basic essential that there would be toilet paper at the property. With 4 of us staying overnight it was most inconvenient when the partial roll of toilet paper ran out and there wasn’t a spare to be found anywhere.
My second suggestion would be to either provide a plug for the kitchen sink or a bowl. We felt it quite wasteful to have to continually run the hot tap to do the washing up but had no other choice.
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional - Really clean and lovely apartment. Close to the venue we needed for a gig. Easy to get to and ample parking.
The owners are always great
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Spacious, clean, good facilities. No shower Mat bath was very slippery, could benefit from larger towels.
- Mullann (10/5): Will definitely return. - Central location. Value for money. Comfy beds and spacious flat. Everything we needed for a great stay. Top tip for parking there are apps with cheap local long term parking. Train Station and bus stops are a very short walk as are numerous fabulous restaurants and amenities. The description should state that this is a maisonette/ duplex with the bathroom, lounge and kitchen being on the first floor level and the two bedrooms on the second floor. Also listing says balcony however it is not accessible. Steep stair cases.
- Alan (8/5): Very enjoyable great location for town - Location and facilities Only problem given our age is the stairs
- Spencer (10/5): Exceptional -
