Anne Marie (10/5): A lovely property in the heart of Noosa - Right in the heart of Noosa, few mins walk from the beach. We had everything we needed in a well equipped property with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, beach towels, etc. Properly even supplied dish and washing powders. It was spotlessly clean. Communication with our host was easy. We had a great stay. Nothing. Everything was great for us. However my only point would be there are a number of high, narrow steps to front door and then on up to bedrooms so this villa would definitely not suit someone with mobility issues.

Not very private in the back courtyard or balcony. Paper thin walls and stairs going up are rather shaky and not sturdy. If you have lots of luggage. It’s a wee pain.

The staff were really helpful and lovely, the airport transfers were great and we really loved easy access to Hastings Street and the pool in the complex was a great addition. We didn’t like how the second bedroom was setup with single beds (queen bed would have been more suitable for us), and it would be useful to update the photos on the listing so that it’s clear what each villa looks like as the way it’s currently set up you can’t visualise what villa you’re going to get. I would also suggest highlighting that the villas are split into three levels with a lot of stairs.

Carla (10/5): Spacious and perfect for a quiet beach getaway. - The layout of these villas was perfect for us. The thoughtfully designed and renovated 3 story villa was well appointed with a lovely leafy outlook from the balcony (we had villa 21). While there is some construction going on it was not intrusive and the villa was positioned mid block so didn’t have noise from Hastings street or the street behind (we stayed Monday to Friday). No need to worry about lifts, storage lockers and car parks, everything is right there with you - the car park is under your villa and there’s plenty of storage for boards and beach gear. Salt, pepper, washing powder and basic toiletries all there. Rebecca was incredibly accomodating and when we raised a couple of minor maintenance needs which didn’t really affect our stay she still had them addressed immediately. Nothing. Pool is smaller than other places on Hastings Street we’ve stayed at but it’s not overly chlorinated like others and the unit size more than made up for it.

Stairs were tight and would be difficult for some people to carry up heavy cases. It has building activity going on and this does not create a peaceful surrounds. This was not made clear on the booking site. The common driveway looks a bit shabby with building material piled up and tracks made construction vehicles.
Libby (9/5): Great location - I have stayed here a few times, this is great accommodation in the heart of Noosa. Well appointed villas with all that you need to be comfortable and self cater. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The stairs are a bit annoying with luggage.

We had a villa at the back closest to the road and the bus hub, it would greatly benefit from double glazed windows as there was quite a bit of noise. The first bus starting around 06.30am. Luckily we have a 2year old and we’re up early.

Elizabeth (8/5): This was a delightful little gem to find - cute, clean, comfortable - smack bang in the middle of Hastings Street (as lo - Location, cute, funky villas right on Hastings St. Great value, clean, comfortable!! Brilliant, responsive, helpful team! We had one person on crutches from a knee injury and hadn’t been aware from the advert that it was LOTS of stairs. She had to sleep down on the couch on the ground floor but at least there was a sofa bed (although we had to make it up because we hadn’t appreciated this problem until we got there) and a really good bathroom down there.

Priest (10/5): Great location and comfortable stay - The location is fantastic, we stayed for the Noosa marathon with the course starting right outside the gate! The room was great, had everything we needed and my 4 year old son had an awesome time in the pool. So close to the beach, cafes, shops with secure parking too. Will definitely stay here again

Sophie (6/5): Loved the location. - The location on Hastings street Plumbing needs full replacement. Not really 2 bathrooms basically 2 showers with separate toilets one upstairs and one in the middle. Looks like has been renovated but not recently. Stove had crack right through it. Overall satisfactory.
