- luiza (9/5): Always good - Another stay at Ambiance - another good one. You can easily reach Cancun center by walking, close to restaurants and shops, but without all the noise made by other tourists. Walking distance to local buses to catch a ride to the beaches. Staff is always nice and helpful.

- Coralie (3/5): Très bon emplacement ! - L’emplacement est littéralement dans la 5th avenue donc parfait ! Humidité très importante dans la chambre : impossible de faire sécher les serviettes, qui restaient constamment humides avec une sensation très désagréable. Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans toute la chambre, et même dans le lit on ressentait cette humidité sur les draps, ce qui rendait les nuits inconfortables. Concernant la douche, aucun choix possible : l’eau était glacée pendant tout le séjour. Le bruit de la rue est compréhensible étant donné l’emplacement sur la 5th Avenue, mais le manque de respect de certains clients de l’hôtel a vraiment nui au repos. Par exemple, des personnes faisaient encore des plongeons et beaucoup de bruit dans la piscine à 2h du matin, sans aucune intervention du personnel.

- Martin (9/5): Hotel en - Buen hotel en Cancún. Cumple exactamente con lo que promete en las fotos, por lo que es sencillo y justo. Las habitaciones no son las más nuevas ni cómodas, pero reflejan claramente lo que se compró. Eso sí, limpias y ordenadas!!

Also, NO HOT WATER. Reception desk said it takes a while to get hot. Over 12 minutes of full on shower and sink running and never got hot water.

Compared to the previous property of the same category booked through Booking, the standard here was noticeably higher — in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and quality of service. Everything was well organized, well maintained, and fully consistent with the description, which resulted in a sense of peace and complete satisfaction with the stay.

- Acela (8/5): Great and relaxing with good food at the hotel restaurant. - What I liked about my stay was the pool area. And the staff were friendly. My coffee maker was broken and I asked the staff if they had another one and they stated they did not had an extra coffee makers to go to another room that I had rented and to used one of the other rooms. Lol I thought that was funny. Other than that my stay was ok for what I paid for.

Se tiene que aclarar que a partir de la 9 silencio absoluto, hacen reuniones y gritan niños y personas adultas. Especifique que viajo por trabajo. ) 🤬 porque decodificador las tv y tener que llamar a recepción para habilitarla.

- Anaïs (4/5): Décevant - Rien C’était plus que décevant. Nous avons terminé par une nuit dans cet hôtel, et quelle déception de finir sur cette note. C’était sale, et le mot est faible. Il y a du moisi à plusieurs endroits. Nous étions 4 et avions seulement 2 serviettes sur le lit. La douche n’était pas chaude pour tout le monde. Dehors, les équipements sur la terrasse étaient sales : table en verre grasse, des grenouilles dans la piscine… nous ne recommandons vraiment pas.

Beaucoup de bruits d’équipements (pas de bruits de la rue ni de l’hôtel ni rien) même une fois le frigo ultra bruyant débranché, il restait un bruit sourd bourdonnant , pas évident
