• Sova (1/5): Terrible place for a such big pric - Absolutely horrible...this hotel should be taken off booking website... the host acts nice until he gets the money and then once you tell them about the issues he laughs at you and just disappears... Nothing like it's shown in the pictures. Very anti-sanitary conditions, you can't even take a shower - water is running all over the small bathroom. Electricity flickering all the time. We ended up leaving the place early and the owner wouldn't refund us... he is a crook. This place should not be on booking.com

• Pavel (10/5): - Нас встретили поселили без всяких проблем всё в этом плане очень хорошо просто супер Тонкие стены слышно всё как стучат , как ходят покурить, сложно было спать часто просыпались ночью, был сильный ветер так же само , всё слышно каждый шум в этом плане проблематично немного было. Также из минусов было только одно одеяло и оно было маловатое для двоих, очень неудобно в этом плане было. Когда будете бронировать,отдельную просьбу укажите о том что бы подготовили два одеяла.

• Toma (5/5): Nu recomand. - Nimic Am facut rezervarea, m-au sunat in ziua rezervarii, dimineata, sa confirm. Am confirmat si am zis si ora la care ajungem. Cand am ajuns, au zis ca au o problema si abia la ora 16:00 vi e cineva sa faca curatenie. Am anulat si plecat de acolo. Parcarea e pe strada.

There are big and clean rooms, amazing placement - 10 minutes away from center, there are business center by few corners where you can also find some nice cafes or groceries. worth every penny. Bathroom could be better, but for that price, and that close to center it's good.

• Philip (10/5): Lovely, quiet place for a couple to explore Iasi - This is a really nice place to stay. The location is good (20 min walk from train station and 15 min walk from old town/city centre). The room was very nice, clean, well facilitated. The balcony terrace is also very nice. Quiet street, good shower and bathroom. I have nothing bad to say. Stayed here with my wife, so for a couple I think its perfect. It also had a kitchenette which was a nice bonus. There was nothing I didn't like, everything was good and we had a lovely stay. However, for the information of others I will say that some of the description of the property isn't quite accurate (for example there isn't a reception - I communicated with the Landlord by WhatsApp and he met us there - and there isn't a bar, as far as I could see). But these are small issues. Some others I see commented that they had to pay by cash. While I did pay in cash, I was offered the choice of cash or card by the landlord.

• Simon (3/5): Not Recommended - The host was nice. People were smoking indoors, directly outside our room. The electricity didn't work properly. Problems with the plumbing. The bathroom and bedding smelt bad. I wouldn't recommend, there are much nicer places in Iasi.

• Nataliia (9/5): The apartments are good, but the host cheated when paying - The apartments are good - no complaints. I have a complaint against host. It’s very bad that it was impossible to pay by card at Booking, but it was indicated that payment will be made in the apartment. Early in the morning the host came, woke up his guests and demanded 45 euros instead of the indicated 34 euros on Booking. True, he added the words: “You are Ukrainians, I allow you to extend your stay for another hour.” One hour for 11 euros! Thank you, dear Romanian citizen, you are very generous! And a very dishonorable person!
