• Vyjayanthi (10/5): Very Pleasant - Very Spacious property, comfortable beds, sofas, and nice bedding/ towels etc and close to University of Warwick. Paid TV/ Netflix/ Prime. Accommodating Host. Very pleasant stay. Nothing really, hand-wash in the downstairs toilet ran out on the first day we checked-in, no issues though as we just used some of the hand-wash from the upstairs bathroom. I could have texted the host.

• Ceri (10/5): Fabulous property for a short - or long - break. - Beautiful house. Lovely interiors and everything you could need for a longer stay (sadly, we could only stay one night for an event at Warwick University). Spotlessly clean, well-maintained and light and airy; parking a real bonus. Great communication from the owner. We would have happily stayed for longer if we could. Really lovely and totally lived up to website photos. Not applicable.

Instruction books and visitors book would be really great - Very clean, warm and comfortable Close to public transport There was no information regarding how to use the cooker etc. We had to find a manual on the internet. No instructions regarding recycling and where to put rubbish. No local info regarding doctors, transport, restaurants. This would have been helpful.
• Colin (7/5): Nice stay near the uni and on a bus route - Nicely appointed, clean house with its own parking. Great bedrooms. On a bus route between the Uni and the city. Only one sofa and this only sat 3 meaning the other person had to sit at the dining table. A pair of two seaters would have better suited a two double bedroom house. It was in a slightly dodgy looking neighbourhood but the house itself was part of a newer development and very nice.

The room is comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. It’s also well-equipped with all the essentials, making it very convenient for a long stay. I stayed here for nearly two weeks and was very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

• Azrani (9/5): Perfect for us - Everything really. It exceeded our expectations for what we needed and we stayed there for a whole week as we sent our daughter to University of Warwick. The key were the hosts. They were brilliant to us and really attended to our needs, even sending us to the airport after our stay. Super helpful and would highly recommend their property if anyone needs a place to stay in the area. Will definitely stay again there. Nothing much really. The place felt really homely.
• Anthony (9/5): Nicely presented and maintained house with a good host. - There were a number of nice touches such as spare toothbrushes, lint rollers etc. just in case you had forgotten to pack something. There was a TV but no signal to watch anything. Surrounding area was less than desirable but the newer estate was ok.
• Ann (8/5): Lovely cozy clean home - Really easy to find. With good parking. It was Lovely to walk into a clean warm house. Good instructions on getting onto the WiFi. Sofa comfy. Two great size double bedrooms. Bathroom with bath and shower, Although there was no hot water for a bath. Owner suggested to turn the boiler off & on again, but the shower was hot enough to use. So I don't think it's the boiler. I slept really well, I chose the front bedroom as there was less train noise, although they are not that loud. Only glasses were 3 wine glasses. No others. Blinds over the bedroom windows don't fully cover and the lights do shine through. Eye cover works a treat.

• Vasilica (10/5): Exceptional - Mulberry Garden is a magnificent place, with a garden where you can serve breakfast or dinner. The rooms are very clean, the linen is impeccable. The house located relatively close to the city center has 2 bathrooms, properly equipped and very clean. Clean kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher, practically everything you need. The place is quiet, very close to the main tourist attractions. I highly recommend if you go to Coventry to stay at Mulberry Garden.

Good location, quite and safe but close enough to supermarkets, railway station etc. Great location for our exploration of the area. Day trips to National Motor Museum and Stratford Upon Avon were pleasant short drives. Nice beds and good wi-fi. Host was easily available if required but not intrusive. A++ Could do with a few more pans, oven trays and kitchen bits and clearer instructions for oven. Otherwise perfect.

Superb!👌🏾🥰 My Children & I had a very special weekend in Coventry, especially & specifically at “Mulberry Garden”! Our Host J. was so welcoming, responsive and suggested to help find a Cab if we needed one. The property is located in a new quiet area & is new its self! It’s a very beautiful house, very close to the City Centre, well looked after, very clean & hygienic with a garden! Whether inside or out of the house, rest reassured that the property is locked with code and secure! All bed sheets, pillows & towels were clean and fresh! Kitchen is well equipped. Seating & dining room very cosy, clean and well arranged with high speed Internet connection all round the house. Adult can enjoy their programs on a flat screen TV, while children are playing and enjoying the garden without any fear because it’s private, well fenced and can see all angles! While downstairs, you can use the clean toilet downstairs (toilet paper, spray, hand-wash & fresh hand towel provided). If upstairs, you can enjoy the clean bathroom, bath tap & toilet together, and all towels, different shampoos (body & hair), toothpaste, mouthwash, toilet paper, spray provided. Feels more like in a 5 stars 🌟🥰! We went for a Party and came back too late, we were so tired and I asked for few hours more, our Host agreed straight away, which you can’t get in a Hotel! I will highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again & again! ❤️❤️ I regret that we took more videos than pictures that we could share with the public. And it’s difficult for me to edit them. But I promise, that next time, I will put into consideration that!
