• Carmel (9/5): - Wonderful peaceful little spot. Clean and comfortable and nice to meet the host family. Slept great and it worked perfectly for my needs.
• Aine (6/5): Short - Hosts were very good and easy to get in touch with, decent price but you get what you pay for, to be fair that was clear from the outset. Very bad sewage smell from ensuite, towels also smelled damp. Milk was in a pasta jar in the small fridge. Although the property was only 9minutes from where we had to go, a taxi was €30-35 each way, this is definitely something to consider pre booking, it's not walkable to anything and that's an expensive addition to get anywhere without a car

• Tracy (9/5): It's one of the nicest and well equipped places I've stayed in this year - It's a very nice little room with bathroom to stay in and very comfortable. The microwave was useful. The Wi-Fi system was down due to a area wide problem it seems.

Although not pet friendly, I could park my jeep just outside my door, so I could make sure my dog was happy and safe sleeping in the back of the jeep. Beautiful walks all around property, spotless in and out.

• Eve (1/5): Do not recommend - Quiet and private parking Very poor ventilation. No window, the only option for air flow is opening the external door which is not safe to sleep with that open. Room gets extremely warm. The room has a sour smell. The bathroom floor and grout is moldy and the shower does not drain well. The bathroom also has no window and the ventilation is lacking. It does not feel like a healthy space to sleep in. Smaller dislikes: Pillows poor quality, bed very small, no mirror other than above the sink, nowhere to hang a wet towel other than the door in the poorly ventilated bathroom. Disappointed that rooms of this quality are available to book on booking.com, surely there is a health and safety standard that rooms must meet. Perhaps the unusually high temperatures and sunny weather highlight the room not being fit for purpose. We had booked to stay for 3 nights but left after 1 night.

Nothing, it was perfect for what we needed, quiet, remote, exceptionally clean & comfortable - plus the hosts were amazing.

I found this place very difficult to find. The property was clean and well maintained. The space to walk around the bed limited. It was hard for me to find a place for my suitcase. Where I set it blocked the heater and made the heat go up in the space. The owner was lovely. Thee property had every thing you might need except extra space.
